The feud between the FBI and the Department of Justice over whether or not to proceed with charges against Hillary Clinton in the ongoing email investigation just took an unexpected turn.
Recall that one month ago, we found out that on one hand, the FBI is seemingly hell-bent on chasing down every possibly angle involving Hillary's email abuse, when we reported that one hundred forty-seven FBI agents have been deployed to chase down clues and leads and that the FBI has accelerated the investigation because officials want to avoid the possibility of announcing any action too close to the election. A former Clinton staffer is also cooperating with that investigation, and its believed Clinton herself will be questioned.
The flipside has been the Department of Justice which has been stonewalling the probe every step of the way. It hasn't been alone in its unwillingness to pursue Hillary: on April 1, the state department announced that it is suspending its probe of "top secret" Clinton emails.
The divergence of these two paths, one which wants to get to the bottom of Hillary's email probe and the other which is dead set on blocking it, has led online betting markets such as PredictIt to put the the odds of federal charges being filed against Hillary at record lows.
Which, paradoxically, could be bad news for Hillary.
On Friday, US Senator Chuck Grassley who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, and who has pushed for additional scrutiny of Clintons email use during her tenure as secretary of state, dropped a dramatic "hint" during a breakfast meeting with the Des Moines A.M. Rotary club when he suggested that the FBI "might leak", hypothetically-speaking of course, reports of its investigation into presidential candidate Hillary Clintons use of a private email server as secretary of state.

“Just upload it to some unsecure server in someones bathroom and let some hacker intern accidently find it.”
Watch out.
“online betting markets such as PredictIt to put the the odds of federal charges being filed against Hillary at record lows.”
Could be Zero Hedge may be trying to change the odds.
Maybe this article is just a setup.
Still a good article.
Hildabeast’s mentor was Alenski who was a competitor of Al Capone. Alenski worked his crimes form the outside of Chicago. It seems that Hildabeast has been working form the inside.
“Who will rid me of this turbulent FBI Director?..................”...............................
The RAT electorate may not give credence to the FBI “leaks”.
Why, we can just ask our allies for a copy.
I’m a pessimist when it comes to hoping that anything will happen to Hillary regarding her crimes in creating the home server and all of the classified documents she and her minions passed over it.
Also I doubt that there are enough people who actually care about her criminality to have that as a reason to vote against her. Old ‘feel the burnie’ doesn’t care about it and knowing that the communist/socialist/democrimialrats don’t either, he never mentions it.
"Have a Cigar!"
If anyone ever deserved to be crushingly defeated it’s Hillary. She belongs in prison too Along with Obama.
>That shot through the HEAD a mommy cradling her baby..? For NOTHING..?<
.
Perhaps they wanted to show off their marksmanship as a warning to the rest of the folks.
Cannot help wondering if the email issue is being used as a smokescreen to cover up some other criminal activity. That is how this administration works.
The FBI Director, James Comey is an Obama appointee who serves at the pleasure of Obama appointee Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
I would guess probably a core groups of 10-15 on the case full time, but no doubt hundreds of agents and DOJ prosecutors have contributed to the investigation over the course of almost a year.
And we don’t have to rely on the FBI anymore with Judicial Watch starting discovery proceedings Clinton has the entire national security apparatus and federal judiciary on her trail. She made the error of messing with the FOIA this time which is a law federal judges take extremely seriously. I’m more hopeful than not.
What is the source for the “147 agents assigned to this case”? That number seems inflated by many degrees of magnitude.
The Grand Jury (all Democrats) will not return an indictment, nor will the AG or Obama ( all Democrats) ask them to.
The FBI will not leak damaging information, as that is a crime, and none of the 10 or so agents assigned to this case want to loose their jobs or liberty over this.
There will be a justified outcry of double standard that will become part of the election, and could do harm to Clinton’s candidacy.
Something called “RICO” may be in play here. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, originally set up under Nixon in 1970, was meant to be applied to the Mafia, but the Clinton Crime Syndicate would certainly come under this definition.
At the very least, it would throw the case open to civil suits by those who have been treated unjustly in the past by the stiff-arm they got from the Clinton Syndicate, either on a monetary basis, or actual real harm suffered in the marketplace or in the eyes of justice. With developed patterns of conspiracy and collusion, leading to repeated incidents of actual criminal activity, the jaws of this steel trap could be a devastating and painful reminder that yes, justice and law DO apply, at all levels. And it does not have to be one major crime, it cam be a series of smaller crimes which in and of themselves may not be felonies, but add up to a pattern, and in the pattern a felony intent was discovered.
Where are the hackers when we need them?
The ol’ fixaroo is in, & Cankles waddles into the WH in 2017.
Hillary is a crook.
This has been, your FBI."
The proof of what you said is shown in the New York Primary results. Clinton got more votes than Trump, Kaisch and Cruz combined: 1,054,083 for Clinton and 878,987 for Trump, Kaisch and Cruz.
