At this point I almost hate to admit it, but most of us supported Cruz to begin with. The funny thing with the other side is that they keep moving the goal posts. First they said that Trump had a ceiling; then after spending hundreds of millions of dollars on negative ads they said he had high negatives. Then they said he had a plurality and not a majority. Then they said Kasich should drop out because he didn't have a mathematical way to reach a majority. Now that Trump has 50% and millions more delegates and millions more votes and Cruz cannot mathematically reach 1237 before the convention they say that it won't be over until Trump reaches 1237.
How come I feel like when Trump reaches 1237 Cruz still will not step aside and will continue working to further divide the party?
I’ve been saying this for weeks. Cruz got a bump for being Mr. Non-Trump, then when he got more attention from MSM, many people got to see him for the first time and they don’t like what they see.
Mt wife’s take on it is, not only is his speech too lawyerly, but he doesn’t have that “Commander-in-Chief” look.

Cruz will be worse in the polls after Tuesday.

The new Fox polls are devastating for Cruz. Barring a major gaff from Trump (hope Melania has his Twitter password lol), after Tuesday it can only get worse for him.
If Cruz doesn’t suspend if he loses Indiana on his own, maybe Beck can find him a room in the nuthouse.
But either Cruz wanted none of that or he did not take the hint and began attacking Trump. Trump did not attack Cruz first. He kept telling him not to do it.
The anger I feel at Cruz and I think other Trump people feel for Cruz is that Cruz threw away what could have been a great alliance to kowtow to the establishment as their last defense against Trump.
Colorado was the classic definition of Pyrrhic victory. Classic.

I resemble that remark.
I was all-in with Ted and donated four times to his campaign. And then he voted to enable the eventual passage of ObamaTrade, and that was that. Off the train I went.
Fortunately for me and the country, a much better candidate showed up, just in the nick of time. I’ve been on the Trump express ever since, and ain’t getting off until we deliver him to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

In any other presidential race, two candidates doing so poorly at this late date, would have conceded by now. Cruz and Kasich are actually hurting the party, the country, and themselves, with their vain refusals to face reality.
At this point, they’re actively aiding and abetting the Democrats.

The only polls that really count, are telling a different story. Trump is winning by millions of actual votes, and is far ahead in the delegate count.
Everything else is just noise.

Is that when they released that Cruz supporters in the Colorado Republican Party were responsible for crushing the effort to give Colorado the ability to vote in a state primary.

May 2015, four Colorado Senate Republicans killed an initiative to create a presidential primary in March 2016 that ran parallel with the state’s complicated caucus system. However, when the bill came before the Senate Appropriations Committee, three Democrats supporting it and four Republicans voted to kill the bill.
The four Colorado Senate Republican who voted against the initiative were Sen. Kevin Grantham, Sen. Kent Lambert, Sen. Laura Woods, and Sen. Jerry Sonnenberg.
Senators Woods, Grantham, and Lambert are all listed as On Cruz’s campaign website as supporters and are declared members of Cruz’s “Colorado Leadership team.” They have also become Cruz delegates and/or alterante delegates for the convention.
Cruz is Aiding & Abetting the Clintons.
