State Department officials removed files from the secretary’s office related to the Benghazi attack in Libya and transferred them to another department after receiving congressional subpoenas last spring.

I'm no Lawyer, but I think that is a MAJOR FED FELONY and carries some SERIOUS prison time

Someone is going to do jail time on this one but the punishment should be far more grave, interviews for a scapegoat are proceeding apace at State. The Dems will put a few million in an offshore account for the fall guy to collect after he serves his jail term.

Why not just pose to execute the scapegoat at the State Department? Treason is a serious offence. IMHO its far more serious than obstruction of justice.Half of the State Department needs to become acquainted with a firing squad after the due process of trial for treasonous conduct over Bengazi. Brennan was in the thick of it as well, funneling arms to the Muslim Brotherhood gone awry, creating ISIS, the so called amateur caliphate?

Oh to have public disclosure on what Clinton did there, would make the Bern into the nominee, and would reveal the true “Obama Legacy.”
