I think people are so used to non-accountability for incompetence that they simply don't (and won't) know how to react when they lose their positions for not doing their jobs.

Being from Maryland, I often wish our former Lt. Governor Michael Steele were still in charge. He’s a man of great integrity and impeccable character. It’s a shame that he stuck with doing commentary on MSNBC!

Trump made said he was not decided on the issue. I would be surprised if Trump would make it definitive...he is far too shrewd a negotiator to throw away leverage.
