Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, CT keep rotating spots on the *Most Dangerous Cities in America* list. Even with SS, bullet proof vests and DJT's own security detail and the HPD, it's not safe, even in daylight. Anyone who gets lost 3 blocks from the center where he spoke, can be in deep trouble. Day or night.
