In the wake of national outrage over perceived rigging in the presidential primary process, talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh is urging political outsiders such as Donald Trump to learn the rules of the game if they wish to achieve success.
On his broadcast Tuesday, Limbaugh reminded listeners that both the Republican and Democratic Parties are private organizations, and are akin to businesses who don’t want an outsider coming in and taking over the show.
“The first order of business of any business is to stay open. The second order of business is to make sure the people who run it continue to run it. To stop coup d’etats, so to speak,” Limbaugh said.

You could add #8 - Allows his surrogates to proclaim that he is anointed by Almighty God to be our POTUS. He, himself, exhorts his evangelical supporters to unite the body of Christ under his banner, while allowing a self professed Mormon prophet to proclaim that Ted is the fulfillment of Mormon end times prophecy - without rebuke or disavowal. (see Luke 4:41)
This is the one that bothers me the most.
Rush, the whole objective is not to learn how to play the game.

Sure he could have but he's lost delegates because his "smartest people" have proved to be incompetent. Arrogance and attacks on conservatives didn't help either. And as I type this, his son is on the news saying "we didn't understand how the process worked"...explaining why Trump's kids won't be able to vote for him in the NY primary.
Anyone who disagrees with them in any way is a “liar”. Doesn’t matter how well its documented. They’ll deny video of Trump saying what he says as a lie.
THIS is how people like Chavez, Mussolini, Mugabe etc get elected.
I’ve listened to Rush since 1988 and he’s OFF at my house just like FNC and their Blonde Bimbo.

Rush knows how the game is played. He is a very successful entertainer who delivers the product (voters) to the customer (the parties).
He mentioned that the realization of how the game was played put him in a funk. I think it was the last election that did it for him.

Long enough to know that for some reason unless a Trump or Cruz supporter hear 100000000000000000% of what they want to hear from Rush or whoever, they must be endorsing the other guy.
Rush has simply chosen not to bash the person (either one) who could be our nominee. In some cases he has spoken glowingly about one or both guys. But he has said again and again that it is his policy not to endorse.

I have come to hate Rush. I shut him off first time in 12 years.
Why would the old owners allow that to happen? I have seen more than one corporation dissolve when the owners realized that they couldn’t continue running it, but were unwilling to let it go.
Here is my choice, Cruz, Trump, either as long as it is not the GOPe. I support Cruz but if Trump wins I am all behind him and will work to get him elected. I will do this because I know full well that if either gets the nomination you can bet your bottom dollar that our friends in the establishment will be working to undermine both.

He is frustrating to listen to right now because he is trying to act as an observer. I am left screaming into the radio, “OK man, now what do YOU propose to do about solving the mess that this campaign is becoming!?!?!”
I barely stomach 10 minutes, hoping he actually makes a decision and sticks to it. He never seems to get there.
