The customary practice is to butter only one side of the bread. Mr. Limbaugh apparently wants it on both sides.
Quote: “So, doing it the way Reagan did had no lasting effect but that’s the way to go? I think not.”
Come now, it had no lasting effects for other reasons. The issue at hand is seizing power from the establishment as step one.
I think the biggest mistake Reagan ever made was choosing Bush as his VP. As soon as Bush won the WH, which he did by pretending to offer Reagan’s third term, he set about purging Reagan’s people from government. But you have to remember there was no Tea Party in those days and no place for Reagan’s revolution to grab onto.
As I said, the rules can’t be changed now. Step one in this revolution is getting into power. We have to use the rules to do that and then set about making certain that the revolution has lasting effects this time.
“What Rush was saying is that nothing has changed since the days of Reagan and if you want to grab this party from the establishment you need to use their rules against them.”
Do you think if Trump “learns the rules” then he will win the nomination?
Rush doesn’t think people need to vote as long as the GOP says so.
No Rush, you are wrong. The first order of business to stay open often dictates that the old owners must go and new ones come in in order for said business to continue.
NYT is your reliable source of information about anything?
Reagan’s biggest mistake was George Bush
The only way the GOP wins is a Trump Cruz ticket
I like Cruz less and less
Trump can call someone and it does not sound hateful
Cruz sounds like he is talking to the little people
Maybe Cruz could improve his speaking as VP for four years
Then we would get a conservative to follow Trump
Spoken like an insider.
There won't be any power left to seize if the Globalist agenda goes much further and if you doubt that fact look at how the once proud nations of Europe are kicked around and ignored by the EU.
We've gone over the cliff already, the only "power" left is who decides what to do with the scrap metal once the bus hits bottom and unless things change fast rather than over the next few gradual steps that take decades, we won't even have a say in what to do with the scrap metal.
Quote: “Do you think if Trump learns the rules then he will win the nomination?”
If it is not too late, and I think it is not, absolutely. Trump is the front runner at this point and can get to 1237. If Trump had brought in a more seasoned campaign team a bit earlier I think this thing is long sewn up by now.
I support Cruz but can see how and why he simply has not generated the energy that the Trump campaign has. If these two guys can make peace after the nomination is sewn up, then I think despite what the polls are telling us, they can defeat Hillary.
They take it from Trump they are a dead party. They will lose everything and their little country club will only have a few ahole members..they will be completely 100% irrelevant.
Trump is as much a conservative as Rush, Levin and you!
You can't reform a corrupt system by following the rules of that system.
“Rush has endorsed nobody in this race.”
So you haven’t been listening to Rush, correct?
Right now the Republican Partys number one objective is to save itself from Donald Trump and his supporters.
************************************
The objective is to prevent the citizens from electimg a President who will enforce the laws and borders.
The GOP is owned by The Cheap Labor Express.
Amen.
Take note....Teddy has not yet said what role his globalist wife might have in the US govt.
Remember, Heidi and Ted consider us inferior low-info voters who couldn't possibly understand the global challenges ahead. Now Cruz should tell voters ASAP:
<><> what role does he plan for his dominionist father in the US govt?
<><> what govt job does he plan to give his G/S globalist lawyer wife?
<><> how will Goldman Sachs factor into the US govt if Ted was at the helm?
=================================================
It's been confirmed that Ted and Heidi Cruz/s economic libertarianism dovetails nicely w/ globalist Goldman/Sachs---who financed Ted into office. G/S is Heidi's $700,000 a year employer.

Heidi Cruz unabashedly backs Goldman Sachs internationalist Canada-Mexico North American Union (which throws US sovereignty under the bus).
Refer to Heidi's comments under Additional and Dissenting Opinions on pages 33 and 34 of the paper. Taken directly from the paper.
[quoting Heidi Cruz ...] I support the Task Force report and its recommendations aimed at building a safer and more prosperous North America. Economic prosperity and a world safe from terrorism and other security threats are no doubt inextricably linked. While governments play an invaluable role in both regards, we must emphasize the imperative that economic investment be led and perpetuated by the private sector.
There is no force proven like the market for aligning incentives, sourcing capital, and producing results like financial markets and profit-making businesses. This is simply necessary to sustain a higher living standard for the poorest among ustruly the measure of our success. As such, investment funds and financing mechanisms should be deemed attractive instruments by those committing the capital and should only be developed in conjunction with market participants. I asked several times a few months ago how much of this primary was governed by law and how much by party rules. Judging from the crickets, few of us who try to stay informed really understood it. Well, we do now!
Priebus is done either way. If Trump wins, he’s fired by Trump. If Trump loses, he’s fired by the GOP for losing the presidency. But there are many vested interests in keeping the party and system intact.
Trump supporters don’t want any rules. They don’t want any system.
They want what THEY want or they are gonna burn it all down.
