No Rush, you are wrong. The first order of business to stay open often dictates that the old owners must go and new ones come in in order for said business to continue.

Why would the old owners allow that to happen? I have seen more than one corporation dissolve when the owners realized that they couldn’t continue running it, but were unwilling to let it go.
