Heidi Cruz is silent no more.
Talking to Fox News' Megyn Kelly Tuesday night, the wife of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz spoke out for the first time about the National Enquirer story alleging her husband engaged in affairs with five different women. In the interview, Mrs. Cruz called the report "garbage" and accused Donald Trump of planting the story.
"It's garbage. It's just garbage," she said on "The Kelly File." "This is another example of Donald Trump engaging in the politics of personal destruction, using his henchmen to go out and try to destroy others when he is losing. And I think these silly barbs and made up stories did not come out earlier in the campaign because he felt he was doing ok."

First I saw anything about Heidi & Dubya was here on FR about a month ago. While she was working on his campaign, IIRC. About the same time that rumors about Lyin’ Ted’s “other interests” began. I’ll try dig it up later today when things quiet down around here.
Did she get axed why they paid Carley $500K and now being investigated by the FEC? Bet Meg never even asked the question.
Pray America wakes
The campaign didn’t pay Carly anything. Try to keep up.
Pray YOU wake.
Oh! You’re right. That is funny! I meant “when things quiet down around MY HOUSE”. (House going on the market this week; it’s a zoo.)
Hillary said the same tings of Bill.
Oh that’s right, there is no coordination between the candidate and the PAC. Good one!
Iwant to thank Megyn Kelly for getting Heidi Cruz to enter the race. She’s fair game now. Did Megyn ask her about that police report?
Spilled beans?
I disagree. Let me make a tennis analogy. If we are playing tennis and you win game 11 in the set, you are up 6-5. You are the only player with a 'path to the right number of games to win the set'. So I should quit? That makes no sense. The winner is the first one to 6 games, and you have to win by 2. Those are the rules, and the game is played according to the rules. If I win the next game and we go to 6-6, there isn't a winner in the set - yet. The rules change, we keep playing, and at some point a winner will be declared. To say that one of the players should drop out before the completion of the match because he cannot win it in the conventional way...doesn't make much sense to me.
Around here it was pushed exclusively and enthusiastically by Trump's prancing bronies, some of whom used to consider themselves conservative. Now they have no problem acting like little trumped-up faux scandal pimping carvilles for their new leftist home team.
She’s been in the race for a while now.

What I think most women want is a better future for their children, and thats what I want and its why Ted and I are running, Mrs. Cruz added.
Apparently so. But no one here has yet given me a reasonable explanation as to why it had to be iCarly up on that stage during the standup answering HIS adultery question for him. Seems like politicians are also well-honed in their craft.
Looks like only a couple of clicks away from shades of Lawrence Eagleton to me.
Heidi wants to try to change the story back to pre-WI days, when they could act morally outraged.
A little too late, considering that now the entire country knows that they support overthrowing the will of the voters for the will of The Party.
Why then did her divorce filings cite serial infidelity as a factor in wanting a divorce? Or, are these reports garbage, too?
Oh, that’s right... all you have is your thought patterns as “evidence.”
Praying you attach to reality
Little Marco didn’t use it himself....because it was false.
But had no problem letting Trump use it and make a butt-hole of himself.
Payback is a beyotchaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
heh.
Jedi.
