Sen. Ted Cruz claims that Roger Stone, The Daily Caller Men’s Fashion editor, “decides” what Matt Drudge posts on his website Drudge Report.
In an interview with Mike Slater on “The Mike Slater Show” Monday, Cruz said, “If people want to get on the “Trump train,” they can. I actually think we need real and meaningful solutions to the problems in this country, and as president my focus is going to be on three things: jobs, freedom and security.”
Slater asked Cruz what he thought of the Drudge Report and the Texas senator replied, “Look, Drudge Report over the years has done a good job highlighting the excesses of the left and the excesses of liberalism, and about the past month the Drudge Report has basically become the attack site for the Donald Trump campaign.”
“And so every day they have the latest Trump attack. They’re directed at me. It — by all appearances, Roger Stone now decides what’s on Drudge, and most days they have a six-month-old article that is some attack on me, and it’s — whatever the Trump campaign is pushing that day will be the banner headline on Drudge.”
“By the way, they no longer cover news. Remember they used to have things like election results? They don’t put those on Drudge anymore. When we win a state, suddenly the state doesn’t matter. You know Colorado — there was no red siren on Drudge when we won all 34 delegates in Colorado. That wasn’t news, because — I mean listen, that’s fine,” Cruz said.
Later Cruz said, “My number one priority is bringing jobs back to America, raising wages for everyone, making it easier for people struggling to achieve the American Dream. That’s my focus. And I’m going to let others worry about the silly political game and the circus.”

Maybe Cruz knows that Matt Drudge is close to hitting paydirt on more solid proof of a bimbo-eruption type of story than the NE affair or maybe something even worse and his lashing out at Drudge may be a pre-emptive strike to lessen impact when or if Drudge drops the bomb.
Editor_surveyor called Matt Drudge an anti-semite simply because Cruz is now attacking Drudge. Ironically, Editor thinks most Freepers are going to hell because we believe in traditional Christianity, while he claims to be more Jewish than Jews by being a member of the Hebrew Roots religious cult. He is a gentile thinking he is a super-Jew, while simultaneously condemning Matt Drudge, an actual Jew.

Agree - Cruz got word that Drudge is about to drop something major about him that will make the NE story look like peanuts and is trying to get ahead of it. Otherwise, it wouldn’t make sense to pick a fight with Matt Drudge at this time.

Whoever runs the caucus will be a person who is with it, and they are going to be participating on the forum. So what if I am forceful about my views? Aren’t others?
I invite folks just the same. I treat folks just the same on that thread. If a Trump person breaks the rules, their vote isn’t counted. I try to notify folks so the next day they can correct their problem and get their vote counted.
I do exactly the same thing for Cruz folks.

Sad commentary, and why I’ve labeled this ilk, Tool Fools.
Tool= GoPe’s Cruz / Fool= Cruz supporter so deluded in thinking, not realizing a Cruz vote is a Hillary vote and has been since the FL and OH primary.

Your space , CO caucus. Ny primary, NY CD 23- 27 , PA , SC and IOWA are all very different places.
I like to study statistics, so it interesting to what extent your venue is overstating Trump and understating Cruz.
