The director of the CIA says his spy agency will not engage in waterboarding or other so-called enhanced interrogation techniques even if ordered to by a future president.
CIA chief John Brennan tells NBC News that he will not agree to carry out such techniques because “this institution needs to endure.”
President Barack Obama banned waterboarding shortly after taking office in 2009.
Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and Ted Cruz have suggested they would not continue Obama’s ban. Trump has gone as far as to say that he would bring back waterboarding and “worse” tactics to get information.

Brennan the moslem A-hole just said that the CIA is more important than following a awful order from the presidency. Furthermore, he just said the job of the CIA is to formulate policy that the president may not control.

Torture is defined as a technique not in the Army interrogation manual. Obama had waterboarding removed. Any future president can legally instruct his Army Chief of Staff to place it back in the interrogation manual.
Then it is fully legal and ready to go.
There is no legislation or case law making it illegal.

When Brennan converted, 1996 or 1997, it wasn’t illegal to have converted to Wahhabi Islam, but certainly raised eyebrows. Brennan’s conversion was no secret, certainly no secret to Admiral of the Pacific Fleet and creator of the Red Cell, an intelligence division within the Navy Seals, James Lyons. The author of the Terrorist Training Manuals for the FBI, John Guandolo, scrubbed from the FBI along with dozens of experts on Islamic Terrorism throughout government agencies after Obama entered the White House, reported that several CIA agents, also converts, revealed Brennan’s conversion, and were present during the service. To observe a conversion one must be a Muslim. Even the Israeli authors of TV’s Homeland included a Muslim in an executive office praying, where employees knew he was not available during prayer hours. The Koran conflicts directly with our Constitution, but that is another issue.
After resigning from the CIA, shortly after returning from his Chief of Station assignment in Riyadh, Brennan co-founded a security service agency, which became useful when his employee “cauterized” according to Condoleezza Rice, Obama’s paper records locked securely in the State Department Archives, perhaps the same archives from which Sandy Berger filled his pants. The Brennan employee, according to published reports, was Brennan’s employee. Anyone with access to paper archives would certainly have required rigorous security clearance. Even Sandy Berger was presumably under continuous surveillance while accessing the papers he absconded with. These files contained, among other things, passport documents for all U.S. Senators.
Some misdirection was cast after the state department investigation for which Lt. Charles Quarles, Brennan’s employee, was announced to have turned states evidence.
Not surprisingly, Brennan’s employee didn’t live long after being exposed. A remarkably unlikely cover story is that Quarles was part of an identity theft ring, stealing Obama’s, Hillary Clinton’s, and John McCain’s personal information for credit card theft. Sandy Berger could touch paper files. A database maintenance tech wouldn’t be able to access sensitive files, let alone “cauterize” them. That is as naïve as the assertion that Lois Lerner could lose mail files by having a laptop hard drive crash, mail provided by a geographically redundant Outlook server while mail messages are required to be preserved on servers, servers with multiple backup archives physically distributed on different continents. Obama’s identity was concealed by our government. I doubt any of us without impressive clearances that we can’t talk about will know who or why Obama was assigned his current role.
Brennan was just one of many associated with both our Executive and Legislative branches to have helped to hide who Obama was, to prosecute anyone getting close to producing any real data, like the employees at Educational Testing Service who were threatened with solitary confinement if they had and talked about what they may have seen in his application records when he applied for college.
It is said that the CIA is always a convenient villain for conspiracy theorists. Managing conspiracies is one of the principal activities of intelligence agencies. Many in the CIA, Michael Scheuer for example, had visions of a rapprochement with Islam that might have involved putting a malleable Muslim sympathizer into the White House. Brennan was at Obama’s side for three or four years before he was inserted into the candidacy slot, the one where McCain, whose eligibility had been questioned for almost ten years, and never resolved, would insure the silence of Republicans, who now offer four naturalized citizens, one of whom was not only born to an alien, but is a native-born Canadian.
Would anyone of any intelligence really care if Brennan retired to Mecca?
Waterboarding is old school. Not that it’s not effective. It has been alleged that the CIA presently uses psychoactive drugs, also known as interrogation drugs. Russia’s FSB almost certainly uses similar methods.

Cruz would water board voters all day if it turned them into Cruz voters. The establishment will do whatever it takes to keep their power.

Lets get this right. Brennan’s meteric rise as both a private security contractor for Obama and as a CIA Chief is predicated on his being Muslim, yet we are not supposed to talk about it?
Brennan needs to be interrogated by waterboard.
