Manafort clarified that by mid-May, the path would be clear, that Trump would be the presumptive nominee, even though not having yet locked up 1237 delegates.

Manafort is impressive and his gestapo comment was by design used to gin up contempt for the process. It will work. That said, once Cruz is mathematically eliminated from 1237 prior to the convention expect his shortfall to be used like a bludgeon against him ensuring Trump a strong finish.

It's amazing how much money we are talking about, billions and billions. And this is only one of 800 other places where rich guys place their money for safe hiding for one reason or another.

So if you are a Cruz delegate and Trump sweeps the state do you vote for Trump or Cruz on the first ballot. Do you switch to Cruz on the second? Can you abstain on the first ballot?
