What if Trump wins every single congressional district against Cruz/ Kasich by 10 to 20 points how do the delegates get allocated?

NY's delegate apportionment formula is very NY. Per CD (27x3) 81 of 95. > 50% Trump takes all CD delegates. < 50% Trump takes 2 delegates; 2nd place takes 1 delegate; unless 2nd place <20% All candidates <20% delegates are unbound (not going to happen) Statewide 14 delegates > 50% WTA < 50%, proportional, subject to 20% floor.

I think Trump gets all of NY’s delegates if he gets over 50%. Not 100% sure of that, but I think if he gets over 50% of the vote in NY he takes all the delegates.

nop it was not really dishonest, but neither is what Cruz is doing now. But manafart did work against the conservative Reagan for moderate Ford. I will admit it was not a good choice of words. I think Trump is exaggerating the same type of things now. He is misquoting Cruz on New York CITY values—saying Cruz does not like the people of New York (State) , Etc. He did not beat Walker. He calls Walker a loser.

I have used the term “sour grapes” for some time, when Cruz gets an endorsement that we know Trump would have liked. But Trump just trashes the endorser. That is sour grapes.

Take that up with the lawyers that are filing with the RNC to decertify the Cruz delegates that were dishonestly inserted.
I see your misspelling of Paul Manafort’s name. Don’t post to me again.

Cruz’s data team has indicated they will compete in 16 districts.
Maybe Cruz or Kasish gets 30 delegates.
Will be interesting to see how much Trump flies upstate.

30 is very difficult for the second-place finisher. Assuming Trump beats 50% statewide, and he will. There are only 27 CDs.
The likely outcome is somewhere between 80-90 delegates for Trump, 5-15 for the others. 15 would be on the high side, probably. It depends on how uniform the margin is throughout the state.

Agree uniformity is the issue. Wonder about hot spots upstate.
Even though I am voting Cruz, what I really want is for the delegates to put trump on top and Cruz as VP.
I think this is our best hope. As much as I like Cruz, party unity Trumps Cruz being on top of the ticket this time.

I don’t think it’s any accident that both Kasich and Cruz campaigned in CD-15 in the Southeast Bronx where there are like 13,000 registered Republicans. Those types of districts are probably their best bets to siphon off a few delegates from Trump.

Trump supporters will brook no criticism of their man. The fact that Cruz was so much smarter than Trump about the delegate process and now is behind the curve makes them lash out angrily. Trump even hired a seasoned political operative who worked for Romney but that is okay. Of course Manafort is connected to the odious Roger Stone who still manages the sleaze behind the scenes. But that is okay, too.
Reminds me of the mass hypnosis and blind allegiance for the current cult of personality who occupies the WH.

I dont know about photo shopping except that its done. Well I wasn't accusing you of doing it, I just thought his image looks different from the folks around him, both in the foreground and the background.
He looks crisper, like he was actually cut out of a photograph.
