I continue to be amazed of the Cruz comparison to Reagan.
Cruz the one true Conservative, the only really True Conservative to ever run for President was probably Barry Goldwater, Period...
I would suggest that you take a closer look at Reagan, I have come to realize that Reagan was never really that Conservative. The President he most admired was FDR and I the more research I do on Reagan I don’t think he ever really gave up totally his thinking as a FDR Liberal in some respects.
As time continues to pass the myth of Reagan takes front stage over the reality. I still think of him as a great President but I can see that more was attributed to him as a Conservative than really met the eye.

Not accurate at all. Trumpers are issue oriented. Immigration and unfair trade. Cruz knows that which is why he’s been trying to steal Trump’s issues for months. Latest being his shamelss pandering on “fair trade”.
Cruzers, OTOH, are willfully blind to Cruz’s unprincipled and unconservative campaign. If there is a non issue oriented group here it is clearly the Cruzers who find “principled conservatism” in Ted Cruz attacking his opponent on what may be in his taxes.
Demographics in New York are WAAAAYYY different than they were in 1988, let alone 1980.
I had my projections with zero for Trump. Cruz is finished. I have Trump at 1347!! It is over. Trump doing extremely well in western WI and will get extra delegates !!! This is awesome. Cruz is no eligible and he is a serial adulterer. Much more coming out on that boy.!! At any rate Cruz will never get nominated to crap unless he agrees to Trumps terms for VP. It will be Scruz only choice.

If Cruz is “allowed” to win he will be owned by the GOP E. I have to wonder if he’S been a tea party plant all along. Say what conservatives want to hear then turn when it’s safe to turn. It could be the same with trump. It’s hard for me to trust any of them.
Of course he’ll win his own state. They know he’s really a liberal from there liberal state.
There are now reports coming out that some votes were switched from Trump to Cruz.
