-—You have the DNS problem, it sound like.

What does that mean? reboot the laptop? I tried that this morning, to no avail.
I don’t have a problem when I’m connecting from IL, but I’m at our cabin this week in northern WI, but it’s the same satellite internet provider I use for work, never had a problem.
Or maybe just my location? (and it’s slow as molasses, but I figured that was just because I’m far north)
Ouch, I didn’t see that one!
I can’t believe I’m finally on...it’s been 12 hours!!!
The guy had a ton of events in the last week.. Of course he isn’t going to hold campaign events when people vote.. BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT VOTING AND NOT AT YOUR EVENT! They spend hours in line to see him, he would just be taking away votes.
Finally on!
Free Republic is back up!
Exit polling late breakers pretty even split between Trump and Cruz.
So another indication this thing is coming down to turnout.
Hoping you’re right.
Had the same problem, typed in 209.157.64.200 for IP address and then went to this thread, printed it out for future reference, followed the instructions and have had no problem on my pc since.

I just tried the link on my mobile phone, and it popped right up
won’t connect on my laptop either
I’m a computer illiterate, if I can’t reboot the computer and have it fix itself (or like reinstall drivers, I can do that), I have to call one of my kids to walk me through it.
I think Trump has a chance of an upset win.
Network talking heads expect Cruz to come on out on top tonight.
Dunno, looking good for Trump: moderates/indies breaking for him; he was ahead 6 in early vote; ahead in late deciders.
The only group clearly where he’s behind is evangelicals.
All Internet tonight. All the reports that I’m reading is that Trump is going to lose big! according to the silly talking heads, but their exit polls do not bear that out. Oh .....report on Fox Business channel Liz Clayman says Trump going to take Wisconsin. I can’t say all of them now. ;-)
Yes!!!
Me too
For me I can pull up Free Republic on Google search and instead of clicking the main link I click on a sub link like “news articles” and I’m able to get in. Google Chrome
My phone’s been dead for FR since about 2PM, but it’s back on now, so the problem seems to have been resolved.
WI being a northern state, this would be the first northern state Cruz would win.
He has flopped badly in primaries but swept caucuses that were held up until now.

On the Mac, it should start working right away, however Windows has a cache in memory that must be flushed before it will start working. The easiest way to do this is to just reboot the computer. If you want to skip the reboot, just open a CMD prompt and run "ipconfig /flushdns". Also, restart your browser, as some browsers also cache this information.
