Dunno, looking good for Trump: moderates/indies breaking for him; he was ahead 6 in early vote; ahead in late deciders.
The only group clearly where he’s behind is evangelicals.
WI being a northern state, this would be the first northern state Cruz would win.
He has flopped badly in primaries but swept caucuses that were held up until now.
I am not saying he’ll lose I am saying no event planned tonight seems to indicate he doesn’t expect a win.
I think it’s a turnout game. Moderate republicans breaking 40% Trump, Kate deciders split fairly even.. So it’s a matter of what the turnout is going to be and seems like it’s high across the state.
We will see.
I just wanted to say to the lamestream media— Cruz has a much much smaller chance of getting the required delegates than Sanders does..
I will say this, regardless of who wins tonight : looking at exit polling, Trump still has the issues. Big majorities favor Muslim ban, better trade, letting the candidate with most delegates win, etc.
As Newt said, Trump can learn from Wisconsin and close the deal. Stick to issues, don’t go personal attack even if baited or justified. Be America’s CEO.
People want an America first outsider. They want what Trump is promoting. They just need to feel more comfortable with him. Especially women so many of them need to feel comforted by their leaders I don’t mean that in a bad way just human nature. Granted it’s hard for anyone to overcome 24/7 attacks from both Left and Right media, but Trump is the only one who can do it.
“The only group clearly where hes behind is evangelicals.”
They could be lyin’.
