Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said he is "95 percent" sure he would pick a veteran politician for vice president if elected.
He said he would choose somebody that can walk into the Senate and whos been friendly with these guys for 25 years, and people for 25 years and can get things done" in an extensive interview with The Washington Post published Saturday.
So I would 95 percent see myself picking a political person, as opposed to somebody from the outside," he said.

I think it’s going to be Newt

“I think its going to be Newt”
Hope not...Newt has some great qualities, but he’s ALWAYS been an amnesty/free traitor/Nafta type guy.

choose a retired Armed Forces command / combat officer
IF anything happens to him , we ( the nation) will need a military experienced leadership , not political leadership .
former LTG Michael Flynn would fit the bill

Sessions. He’s been so quiet since he endorsed.

I’d like to see what Newts current thoughts are on these country killing policies are. Specifically on the free trade fraud and borders/amnesty. A lot has changed in the past decade or two. All of which created a declining Middle America.

Trump is not going to be able to run a general election on some of his more outlandish ideas with an experienced politician. For better or worse.

Sessions aye! Although I’d hate to lose him as my senator, I’d make the sacrifice for the greater good.

Newt works for me. I voted for him in the 2012 Primary in Tx.

I also think it will be Sessions. Trump tweeted a picture the other day after he met with his national security team in DC. Every member of the team, including Trump, was looking at and listening intently to Sessions.
