If they were both deemed guilty, we might just get rid of abortion.

If a woman kills her child is it murder? If not, what if the father killed it? Is that murder?

If the USSC overturns Roe v Wade and sends the issue to the states, and many states enable abortion on demand, will those who now say it is a state matter, cease protesting abortion in states that enable it?

If its not murder then abortionists arent butchers and women are not paying someone to murder their own babies.

If that is not shat is happening then why are we so against it?

Trul is right, it is murder and therefore all involved are committing serious felony crimes.

Does it bother you to think how many cold blooded murderers are in our midst? Entertaining you? Representing you in government?

The Matthews question which started this firestorm wasn’t about abortion per se but was about equal application of the law. Abortion being used due to it’s hot button, emotional causing value. Trump’s answer was absolutely correct in regards to that hypothetical scenario in regards to equal application of the law and it’s required consequences.

But they also reveal an important idea underpinning the anti-abortion-rights movement in the U.S.: It’s not about the life of the embryo or fetus. It’s certainly not about helping or protecting women. It’s about hostility to women’s social advancement, which has been rapid, and which would have been wholly impossible without access to contraception and abortion.

That's right you evil wench, baby killing makes everything possible for women.

Good grief the left are twisted, pathetic, creepy individuals.

In a debate, he should ask Hillary if she has had an abortion. Sources say she’s had several. Inquiring minds and all that . . .

Like I said before, he’s not wrong - he just answered badly and gave the left a howitzer and a truck full of shells to attack him with. Not a smart way to handle things.

It also exposed the fact that he’s never really thought about it before.

Trump fans won’t care, honest Cruz supporters know he’s following a logical path. However the goal has to be overturning Roe v. Wade and returning the right to the states. Not new federal laws to prosecute offenders.

If abortion were illegal, what would be the penalty for a mother’s identical twin sister assisting in a homemade abortion? No doctors are present.

Would you say one twin sister is more guilty than the other?

Ted Cruz denounces this position from Donald Trump and says it shows Donald Trump is not ready for office.

When, exactly, did Ted Cruz start believing it was legal to hire assassins?

Mr. Obama,

If illegally crossing the US border were a crime should that be punished?

If a law is on the books that you don’t like would you enforce is, DOMA for example?

Would you violate the law in an attempt to limit constitutional rights?

Abortion seeking women and abortion providing doctors would both be guilty of the same crime... Murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Any nurse or other who assists the crime would also be an accessory.

It’s high time to get this done. We are failing to save the most innocent and precious of our citizens and that’s a damn shame on us.

Whether Trump actually does tell the truth is a different question—one more often answered in the negative—but Wednesday, he did something rare for a Republican politician: he told the truth, saying that if abortion were illegal, women should be punished. (He later walked back his comments).

We Republicans who are pro-life are being painted with the same brush as a man who purports to be one of us. A man who until just recently admitted to being pro-abortion and donated lots of money to Planned Parenthood and all the politicians who work like dogs to keep abortion well-funded.

And he claims that there is a portion of the Republican party who believes that women who have abortions should be punished.

But the truth is there is NO SEGMENT of the pro-life community who believes that. None. In this regard Trump stands alone.

He alone believes women should be punished. It is a common theme with him. Women are expendable and when it is convenient to him they can be blamed. He has blamed every woman who has an abortion, but not the provider, not Gosnell, not the baby part butchers.

Nope blame the woman. And then TIME and all of its surrogate media organs can push forth a narrative that is not true.

Thanks Trump. You are a real piece of work.

A woman’s choice begins at birth control - condoms, sponge, IUD, etc. That’s it.

If she is too lazy or too stupid to protect her body and herself from HIV, Hep C, etc., she shouldn’t be having sex.

If she chooses to engage in unprotected sex, the risk is pregnancy. The father has no input on whether or not the child is carried to term, but he is half responsible for the rest of the child’s life financially, emotionally, etc.

I have a more libertarian view of the current law:
If abortion is available to a woman and she chooses to give birth, that is the ultimate choice. With that, if the father is reluctant and did not want to become a father, he should not be financially responsible nor should the government provide subsidies for this ‘choice’.

If she can afford to keep it, good. If not, she can give it up for adoption.

Remove the incentive, and abortion and babies born out of wedlock will drop like a stone. Where is the accountability here??

Trump’s right for Hillary’s campaign anyway.

“In general, pro-life groups advocate punishment only for the abortionists, understanding that women faced with an unwanted pregnancy are in a very difficult position, that in some circumstances the worst of those difficulties are beyond their immediate control, and that the vulnerability of their position counsels a humane stance even when they have gone to the horrifying length of seeking elective homicide for their unborn children. American anti-abortion laws generally exempted the mothers for these reasons and others.

But whatever your position is on that approach, you should probably have figured it out well before you run for president as a purportedly pro-life candidate.”
