Ted Cruz made his debut on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Wednesday night, and needless to say, fellow GOP presidential hopeful Donald Trump received a not-so-honorable mention: Cruz joked about running Trump over with a car.
Before Cruz sat down with Kimmel, a segment with April Fool's Day prank ideas was aired. One of the ideas involved putting a picture of Trump in front of the backup camera of someone's car so a person would mistakenly think they were about to hit Trump when they reversed.
Cruz later brought up the prank when Kimmel asked the Texas senator who he liked least: Trump or President Barack Obama.
"Look, I dislike Obamas policies more, but Donald is a unique individual," Cruz said.
"I will say, I was watching the early part of the show, and if I were in my car getting ready to reverse and saw Donald in the backup camera, Im not confident which pedal Id push," Cruz said, jokingly.

Don’t worry it’s still very early. he will post it in due time. :-)
I got sick on both sides flipping back and forth, it wasn't worth it.
Right now Trump has my vote in NY in 2 weeks.
But he didn't have to say “the two cruz fans” and “he started it” at the hometown meeting. Shouldn't have said he doesn't want ted’s support.
jmho
he'll get back on track. He's got to pause before he speaks, which most of the time he does, but when he doesn't, oh boy
Teddy had literally said it just 20 or 30 minutes before during the Townhall.
ted said he wasn’t sure if he would support trump.
he didn’t say he didn’t want trump’s support in the generals.
He also made it clear he thinks Trump is a scumbag. You don't walk that back for the general or play lawyer games with your language. "Oh, Trump attacks women and children and is a horrible monster, but yeah I'll happily support him for the general!"
My point was that Trump did not have to say he didn’t want Ted’s support. That accomplished no good.
He has to starting knowing when to take the high ground.
He could have one upped ted by saying he’d accept it after ted said HE wasn’t sure.
But Cruz had made it pretty clear he was not binding himself to the agreement he signed to support the nominee no matter what. At that point, there's no reason to even worry about it. Cruz is waging total war. Anything goes. Absolute destruction. There's no going back.
Taking the high ground doesn't matter because the whole institution, the media, all the politicians, there is only total war against Trump on their minds. Trump playing nice will do nothing, nor will they let up on their attacks in any way.
If Trump had said this about Cruz, Cruz would have been on camera the next day, blabbering on about how Trump threatened to kill him.
If we do not secure our borders and deport those here illegally we will not have a country. It is really that simple. Vote for Trump or hand the country over to the anti-American globalists that wish to create a socialist utopia. Your choice.
BTW a socialist utopia is only a utopia the 1%, the rest of us are peasants. Just image North America as one big Mexico.
Agreed.
If Trump doesn’t get the nod, Ted will be destroyed too.
the media is bashing trump now after bashing cruz all last year.
and they will switch right back.
I am VERY disappointed ted took beck’s and act of love’s endorsements.
I am disappointed that trump does immature things sometimes.
but there’s NO CHANCE I wont vote for either. Trump is my guy right now.
I blasted him on twitter with advice :)
What a silly picture....
“No one can stump him”
Serious ?
He gets stumped a few times a week on basic easy questions and has to clarify them when he gets the correct information rather whatever inane thought pops in his head...
Incorrect, Ted will be rewarded with a VP slot once Trump is destroyed. Ted is a card carrying member of the GOPe, he is disliked personally because he is an arrogant ass, but he is uniparty all the way.
Whatever Soros is paying you, it's too much.
We disagree. Sessions says he was a big part of holding back many bad bills and has high regard for Ted.
He backed Trump as is his choice, but he likes Cruz.
And he’s ah honorable man, Sessions, so I believe him.
We forget quickly the TED said republican voters are going to be begin to wonder why they vote republican.
The filibuster wasn’t a joke. There was just no support. And I believe his filibuster helped us sweep congress in ‘14, though it made no differnence.
I have NO DOUBT that Ted will be nowhere on the ticket if the GOPe takes over. And if he doesn’t know this, then he’s not as smart as I thought he was.
He called McConnell a liar. He wont forget that.
Stop trump now by lying to ted. that’s what’s going on.
Don’t let your hatred of ted close your mind completely to him, plese.
He’s still salvageable
Trump and his people are very active on Twitter I’ve noticed. They take advice and are often responsive.
——If Trump had said this.....

The coalition of women would be mad that they were picking on poor Teddy, and Carly would scolding Donald
True, but the only way to reverse the rot in DC is with someone leading the Executive branch who isn't a politician and when someone isn't a politician they're not going to always act like they are.
