A Cruz has again canceled on New Jersey.
Heidi Cruz, the wife of Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz, had planned to hold a fundraiser in Morris County on Wednesday and attend several campaign events across the state.
But a local Cruz campaign activist announced that she will be postponing her New Jersey appearances.
Scott DeCristofaro, a New Jersey contact for the Cruz campaign, issued a press release Monday announcing the cancelation of a Heidi Cruz rally in Haddon Heights. DeCristofaro said she is also canceling her other New Jersey events and plans to come back to New Jersey after Wisconsin's April 5 primary.
Ted Cruz in December canceled an event in Rahway where he had planned to announce his New Jersey leadership team.
Heidi Cruz has been the subject of recent Twitter attacks by her husband's primary rival Donald Trump, who has blamed Cruz for an anti-Trump super PAC's ad featuring an old, racy photo of his own wife.
Hidey will not be scene for sometime. She will not do what Carley did. You can bet Carley saw an opportunity to get in front of camera No one had to convince her or the 500,000 reasons to stand by Hideys husband had already convinced her. maybe it will convict both of them too
Why has nobody questioned Ted Cruz about his relationship with G. W. Bush? According to the Cruz bio on the internet, Cruz served as domestic policy adviser to Bush’s presidential campaign in 2000. When you consider the death, destruction, carnage (ongoing), left behind after two terms of that presidency you have to wonder what sort of advice Cruz was giving him and how he feels about having played a part in that legacy.
All the people like Sarah who endorsed Trump over the religious conservative? How the Cruz supporters all slam her.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
Phew. Frank Purdue.
Eeeew
cruz has been infatuated with Trump for the last month, ever since cruz lost big in FL, etc
He can’t talk about the future, can’t talk about Obama, Clinton it is always Trump blame Trump
I;m sick of these ivy league, elitist, lawyers who never answer a question directly and never take responsibility.
Boom!
I know I'm subject to being flamed, but at this point Cruz would still be my second choice. If he is as bad as they say, I can't doubt that they are probably all rotten to the core and we are left with 💩 to pick from.
Anyway, let's just pray Trump wins enough primary delegates that any further debate is irrelevant.
No.
Then that would leave only Trump and Kasich in the race. Then who is really favored in a brokered convention? There is no alternative.
Got a question for all you who think that. Cruz is the worst of the worse. If he is such a globalist, NWO, Goldman Sach sellout......then why has the establishment have hated him from day one?? Wouldn’t the establishment brand him their conservative instead of Jeb or Rubio?
Something does not add up.
He is part of the machine and won't do much to upset the apple cart.
That is it! You did it! This lie has now been told often enough, it is finally truth!
big difference between religious and religiosity.
Can’t fool Jerry Falwell and ya aren’t fooling the South.
Cruz didn’t fool Florida,Georgia,Mississippi,Alabama,North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky,Louisiana, Virginia.
And Cruz is not going to fool West Virginia, either.
did I leave anyone out?
Exactly. Remember Gary Hart’s presser? The reporters smelled blood in the water. The same thing is unfolding with Cruz, except for the Monkey Business photo.
Nothing in the world wrong with that, but it's not helpful for the wife of a candidate who's facing questions about serial infidelity yet claims to be holier than thou.
If Heidi had appeared last night or on the trail in the next few days, she runs the risk of bursting into tears or worse.
The establishment didn’t hate Cruz from day one. It took some time. Cruz made his name in the Senate by loudly deriding them. They didn’t like that, but it was acceptable, because it was just politics. They knew that Cruz was raising his profile back home in Texas by positioning himself as anti-establishment. Whatever works—no harm, no foul. What they didn’t know was that it was also a ploy to raise his profile nationally in preparation for a Presidential run.
Cruz jumped into the Presidential race after only a couple of years in the Senate. To them, that made him an upstart who didn’t wait his turn. He crashed the primary that was supposed to be Jeb’s coronation. Look at who gets the nomination in the Republican Party—Bush, Dole, Bush, McCain, Romney—all guys who had been around forever and paid their dues. No noobs allowed.
The GOPe doesn’t hate Cruz because of his positions. They know that when push come to shove Cruz will vote for what they want. He’s proven that. The animus toward Cruz is because of how he went about raising his national profile and because of what he did to Jeb.
While I do not like her policy background, I feel really sorry for her and the girls, if this unfolds to be true. And I hope that she makes the right decisions with her life and their lives moving forward.
Wow! This is bad. Reporter not very good, Carley makes him look like a weasel.
$13 seems like an odd amount to ask for. It's a number people tend to avoid.
I feel exactly the same way. The life of family members of a politician absolutely sucks, especially for the children. Even if this unfolds to NOT be true, they're all going through hell right now.
Hey, Amanda Carpenter did it to herself! Stupid, stupid girl-she’s got some nerve compiling her “Blacklist” of conservative’s who support Trump. I hope you continue to sing- the- blues Amanda! We’ll wait and see Mr. Cruz.
