2. Some delegations are bound to the 3rd vote and even up to 4th round to Trump. Florida’s 99 delegates will vote Trump through the 3rd round.

Cruz has surrounded himself with battled hardened campaign people, but that does not make up for the fact that he does not have that skill set or experience.
