How to Spot a Liar: The Case Against Amanda Carpenter
Danger and Play ^ | 3/27/2016 | MIKE CERNOVICH

Posted on 03/27/2016 8:26:38 PM PDT by BlackFemaleArmyColonel

Ted Cruz has been accused of having at least five mistresses, including CNN anchor and former Cruz employee Amanda Carpenter. The media claims Cruz has denied these accusations.

Cruz is lying, according to multiple trial lawyers and experts on persuasion. His lies are hard to spot, because his lies are also truthful.

Consider what Cruz said in response to the news story:

“Let me be clear this National Enquirer story is garbage. It is complete and utter lies. It is a tabloid smear and it is a smear that has come from Donald Trump and his henchmen.”

Let’s look at what Cruz did not say. Cruz could have said, “I have never cheated on my wife.” Why didn’t he?

Consider the oath witnesses take before testifying. “I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.” Isn’t that redundant?

Ted Cruz is accused of having had an affair with five women. He could say, “That’s a lie. I did not have five mistresses.” If Cruz did have one mistress, then he’d have told the truth (he didn’t have five) but not the whole truth (he had one).

Anyone that claims he wants to make America great gain and then openly supports, praises, and encourages folks to vote for Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer is a traitor and a liar.

You suck up to the scumbag Trump all you want and fawn all over his every Iword but I see Trump as the sorry POS that he is.

Wow. I was merely explaining why Trump isn’t being hammered for his past like Cruz is being hammered for these present rumors.

I wasn’t defending Trump, per se, I was merely explaining the rationale for why Cruz is NOT being defended.

But it’s nice to see that you wanted to make it personal, about whether or not Trump is “my guy”. My post had absolutely nothing to do with who I support.

I won’t do that again!

Cruz is going to be on Levins show on Monday. Why doesn’t Ted just clear things up and hold the bible in his right hand and say “ I have never had sex with another woman while I have been married to my wife” and end it.

At the bottom of the Hyatt page is a picture of the bathroom. It has the same sort of counter top as in the tattoo show-off photo.

Here’s a direct link to the hyatt bathroom photo

No, it’s not. It’s lawyer speak. He is saying that “the story” as printed by the National Enquirer is completely wrong.

That is not the same as saying, “I have never cheated on my wife.”

Clinton said, “I did not have sex with that woman...” He meant copulate. They did have oral sex. (I personally believe more, but that’s beside the point.)

It was a clever dodge based on differing definitions.

Thank you for all of your postings. I feel angry for all the grief and name calling you receive from the blind and deceived.

Interestingly, the night she posted the orange dress photos (with the alleged condoms at her side), it was a Tuesday, March 1, 2016... Cruz was in Texas that night. The air time was 7-8 pm-ish:

And she tweeted this:

"I see someone familiar over there on the CNN set"

Good post. But if the affairs are true, it does exponentially change his evil doings. One thing good, decent people do,is love their families. Do good, decent people sometimes get swept up in an affair? Yes. Good, decent people make mistakes and can be lonely and desperate (even in marriage). The difference is that they a) would have one love affair and attempt to end it with the least harm done, even if divorce were part of it) and b) WOULD NOT RUN FOR PRESIDENT, the occupation (just running) in which your personal life belongs to the American people.

If true, and I believe there is truth there, Cruz has put his family in harm’s way for his jollies in closets and hotels. And exposed it all by running for President as a holier than thou Christian, talking Jesus and pumping hookers.

For Amanda’s part, she is active again on Twitter after laying low for a couple of days. Her tweets are focused on bashing Trump for “hating women”, steering clear of any denials of affairs.

Straight out of the Clinton playbook - shift blame and attention and avoid answering specifics.

Draft dodger?
1. Look up his number. No way in hell he would have ever been called
2. He could have gotten an educational deferment. He did not
3. Instead after each year of school he reported and for three years he was designated 1F. The fourth year(as was regulatory he was 4F. His records are on line. He has never published them but his opposition did to promote the 4F
Get your facts straight before you start calling names. Do some research

Another FReeper who is retired military analyzed Trump’s papers and said his birth date was near the very end of the lottery and he would never have been called. It’s wrong to try and attach the ‘dd’ label to a man because you don’t agree with his positions or personality.

HAD THE GALL to say that they read the Bible more than anyone on earth and really don’t need forgiveness from God.

I did hear him say he reads the Bible more than anyone, and it is an exasperating exaggeration that is, indeed, offensive to those Jews and Christians who have read the Bible for long periods every day for many years.

As for not needing forgiveness from God, that is not quite what he said. What he said precisely was,

"If I do something wrong, I think I just try to make it right," Trump said. "I don't bring God into that picture. I don't.

"When we go into church — and when I drink my little wine, which is about the only wine I drink, and have my little cracker — I guess that is a form of asking for forgiveness. I do that as often as possible because I feel cleansed, OK?

"But, to me, that is important," Trump said. "In terms of officially, I could tell you absolutely. I don't think in terms of that. I think in terms of, 'Let's go on and let's make it right.'"

To practicing and "surrendered" Christians, these statements are indicative of a man who has not been properly educated in the Word. These statements awkwardly indicate that he thinks in terms of "works" to attain salvation, a not uncommon belief for pew-sitting persons who are culturally Christian but have not yet been "broken."

What this statement is NOT: It is not a declaration that he does not need God, or that he is superior to God. It is a confession that he does realize he is a sinner and capable of wrongdoing. He wouldn't then "go on and...make it right" if he didn't recognize that he did wrong.

You might feel satisfaction if he said he admitted guilt to God, or to the media, or to you personally, with a laundry list of sins, discounting the idea that in his journey, an attempt to atone or "make it right" is at least an admission of culpability. These are not the words of an anti-Christian; this is a man who was mis-educated in his early years by the pastor of the church he attended, Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, who was more or less the celebrity Joel Osteen of his day, preaching a success gospel in a prominent New York Presbyterian church attended by the Trump family. At this time, Donald Trump wants to be a champion for the Christians in this nation and he is in need not of condemnation, but of prayer for a deeper understanding of Christian belief and practice.

You may wonder how a better understanding of gospel Christianity may have eluded him. Stop to picture yourself the son of an accomplished and wealthy man in the community where he grew up; and then picture that you yourself were good-looking and wealthy, and many people threw themselves at you looking for favors, either financial or personal, from the time you were young. You attained not only respect for your accomplishments at a young age, but also celebrity for your public persona that was integral to your success, as well as notoriety for your youthful indiscretions; so much so that the press began to follow you around and hound you. Your first wife encouraged a life of lavishness, celebrity and daily attention in the press. Where, I ask you, do you then turn for spiritual guidance without being used by the clergy to fund a new wing on the church, or being harassed by fame-seekers as you attend services? He has only found a way to attend services without harrassment in his third marriage to a woman who apparently values Christian practice; and they attend church when they are in Palm Beach, where everyone else is so wealthy and prideful of their status that they wouldn't dream of acting star-struck around The Donald if he and Melania pop in to church.

Consider also that God has made it abundantly clear in scripture that He is in charge of this world, and can work through any and all circumstances to bring about His will for us. Are you a student of the Old Testament as well as the gospels? Again and again, God used even pagan kings to benefit His Chosen People Israel, from which sprang Jesus the Messiah, and with which all Christians are "grafted in."

For Biblical examples of pagan kings whom God used to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem where Jesus would come to teach, click on the names of Cyrus, Darius, Ahasuerus and Artaxerxes (click each name to read about how they helped the Jewish priesthood reestablish the Temple at Jerusalem, where Jesus would come to preach and teach).

FLASHBACK: NEW YORK PAYS HOMAGE TO VIETNAM VETERANS (Trump consistently pro-veteran)
NY Times ^ | May 7, 1985 | Jane Gross
Posted on March 28, 2016 10:40:10 AM EDT by 20yearsofinternet

The centerpiece of the commission’s effort is the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, a glass-block wall, 70 feet long and 16 feet high, which is etched with excerpts from 83 letters - including Sergeant Calamia’s - that were written by or to the soldiers who served in America’s most unpopular war.

‘’It’s not just brick and mortar,’’ said Donald Trump, the real-estate executive who donated $1 million of the $2.5 million raised by the commission, which is also charged with financing programs for unemployed local veterans. ‘’It’s very much a living monument.’’

‘’I was a very strong opponent of the Vietnam War,’’ he said, ‘’but I also recognized that the people who went to fight were great Americans. I always thought they got a bad shake in life and never got their just recognition.’’

Last night these veterans basked in that new-found recognition. ‘’We answered the call of our country, and when we came back home we were kicked back into society almost like criminals,’’ said Bob Moore of West Volusia, Fla., a member of the Air Force security police in Vietnam from 1967 to 1969. ‘’A phenomenal change has happened over the last few years. You got a whole bunch of people here coming out of the closet, so to speak.’’

‘’To see a city take it upon itself to do this!’’ said Mike Milne of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., who has been confined to a wheelchair since his Army tour in Vietnam and Cambodia. ‘’And in downtown Manhattan. It’s unreal. They really pulled a coup.’’

How could anyone expect Trump to respond that way AFTER Cruz came charging out of the gate blaming Trump? With ZERO evidence to support it.

Personally, I don’t like the circus aspect of things but I do enjoy the light being shined on who the traitors are in the GOPe, it’s important to know and deal with them when their elections come up.
