Do good, decent people sometimes get swept up in an affair? Yes. Good, decent people make mistakes and can be lonely and desperate (even in marriage). The difference is that they a) would have one love affair and attempt to end it with the least harm done, even if divorce were part of it) and b) WOULD NOT RUN FOR PRESIDENT, the occupation (just running) in which your personal life belongs to the American people.
