Ted Cruz has been accused of having at least five mistresses, including CNN anchor and former Cruz employee Amanda Carpenter. The media claims Cruz has denied these accusations.
Cruz is lying, according to multiple trial lawyers and experts on persuasion. His lies are hard to spot, because his lies are also truthful.
Consider what Cruz said in response to the news story:
“Let me be clear this National Enquirer story is garbage. It is complete and utter lies. It is a tabloid smear and it is a smear that has come from Donald Trump and his henchmen.”
Let’s look at what Cruz did not say. Cruz could have said, “I have never cheated on my wife.” Why didn’t he?
Consider the oath witnesses take before testifying. “I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.” Isn’t that redundant?
Ted Cruz is accused of having had an affair with five women. He could say, “That’s a lie. I did not have five mistresses.” If Cruz did have one mistress, then he’d have told the truth (he didn’t have five) but not the whole truth (he had one).

Until this accusation of ‘affairs’, I never gave Ted Cruz’s wife much thought. He is the candidate, not her. So I presume you perform full due diligence, and review the lives of all electoral spouses, as a matter of habit. Have you done the same level of research for all seventeen candidates, and all seventeen of their present spouses, covering all their activites, occupations, all exams and scores since nursery school? Well, I am duly impressed at your dedication.

Amanda Carpenter has a lot in common with Trump. She can’t shut up on Tweeter. But her’s are self-incriminating. No sane person can read her myriad of tweets about Ted Cruz and not think they were having a affair. She’s a real fruitcake.

Does anyone know about the genes for ear shape, and which are recessive? (e.g. if hers are recessive and yet the kid takes after her...etc. etc.)
Ears are not necessarily going to take after their parents - strange ears can just show up as a genetic quirk, if you will. Lots of syndromes have strange ears (positioning, size) no matter what their parents’ ears are like. However, if one parent has unusual ears, yes, that can be found in a child (but doesn’t have to be).
