NATIONAL ENQUIRER PARENT COMPANY REFUTES CRUZ
WND ^ | 3/26/2016

'We stand by the integrity of our coverage and remain committed to our aggressive reporting'

Donald Trump insisted Friday he had nothing to do with the recent National Enquirer story in which Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is accused of cheating on his wife multiple times.

Still, Trump took the moment to point out the tabloid publication has been right in the past with similar stories.

“I have no idea whether or not the cover story about Ted Cruz in this week’s issue of the National Enquirer is true or not, but I had absolutely nothing to do with it, did not know about it, and have not, as yet, read it,” Trump said in a statement. “Ted Cruz’s problem with the National Enquirer is his and his alone, and while they were right about O.J. Simpson, John Edwards, and many others, I certainly hope they are not right about Lyin’ Ted Cruz.”

The National Enquirer’s parent company, AMI, also released a statement…

How would you prove you have never had sex with a rooster?

That's easy.. I'd simply tell the TRUTH.

When you tell the honest TRUTH you're right with God.

NO.. I've NEVER had sex with a rooster.

I won't even ask if you have.

There is no proof that the smear against Cruz is true.

If there isn't any truth to it I would fully expect an IMMEDIATE DEFAMATION lawsuit by Mr. Cruz.

Carol Burnett and others have filed suit for far less allegations.

Whatever you--or I--post on this site is fair game. If you can’t stand criticism of what you post, then don’t post stuff that draws flak. As President Harry Truman said, “if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.”

I'd say you're going to be embarrassed by your candidate and soon. WHY?

Cruz and his wife have NOT made a joint denial statement conveying honest anger for being defamed and compromised.

Neither he nor his campaign has filed any DEFAMATION lawsuit challenging anything to the contrary.

The way this is being handled by Cruz and his supporters signals that there is something wrong in terms of proving he's squeaky clean.

Finally.. when a candidate like Cruz freely uses religion in his campaign rhetoric, and then is proven to have deceived his supporters, the collapse will be as monumental as Jim & Tammy Bakker, Rev Al Sharpton, and Jimmy Swaggart.

In simple terms: Mr Cruz in his handling of this situation is flirting with immediate disaster.

YIKES!! And GQ said he bought that photo.....hmmmm....I thought the ad that used the photo was made by a SuperPac that had nothing to do with Cruz. If he did buy the photo and then gave it to the SuperPac, isn’t he in HUGE trouble??

I understand it’s illegal for him to be working with the PAC. According to this article, punishments are rare and minor:

https://www.publicintegrity.org/2012/01/13/7866/rules-against-coordination-between-super-pacs-candidates-tough-enforce

If GQ stands firmly behind the story that he paid for the photos, I hope they make an exception to that for him. Coupled with the $500,000 to Carly’s PAC story, they may have to take it more seriously this time.

wow, you are OBSESSED with TED CRUZ. figured you’d be concentrating on trying to beat Hillary, when trump is so far ahead of ted. it’s rather queer.

Ironic how one backs/protects one who is more interested in beating Trump even if it leads to Hillary in the WH and then tells us were obsessed for pointing out that the "Super Christian Champion of the People" may have a number of hidden warts lurking below the surface.

I believe Trump would be even more of a dictator than the current pResident. I hope he does not get the nomination.

You may not realize it, but you just endorsed Hillary because of a misguided fear with zero evidence to back it up - a man who has the respect of and is liked by those who work closest to him in his Billionaire Businesses would exhibit the tendencies that frighten you and be noted for them. If he isn't nominated, a known slime-ball will be the most likely replacement to Obama.

Are you married? If so how would you feel if this was happening to you?

Come off your high horse...step carefully so as not to stumble.

When a person runs for President, this kind of stuff is fair game.

This story goes to the heart of who Cruz says he is. If he is lying, the voters need to know.

A source 'deep inside' the @tedcruz campaign says Cruz, may in fact have had affairs. Some say Heidi Cruz pushes for all-male campaign staff— bryan crabtree (@bryancrabtree) March 27, 2016

Atlanta Radio Host: Source “Deep Inside” Cruz Camp Says Ted May Have Had Affairs

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016/03/atlanta-radio-host-source-deep-inside-cruz-camp-says-ted-may-affairs/

The National Enquirer published a story this week accusing Texas Senator Ted Cruz of multiple extramarital affairs.

On Friday Ted Cruz blamed Donald Trump and his former consultant Roger Stone for the National Enquirer article on his alleged extramarital affairs.

But these rumors did not start with Donald Trump.

And the rumors did not start with Roger Stone.

** The rumors were started by the Rubio Campaign and anti-Trump GOP elites.

Now this-
Atlanta radio host Bryan Crabtree says a source “deep inside” the Cruz campaign said Ted may have had affairs.

Bryan Crabtree is the live afternoon host on Atlanta’s Biz1190 from 4-6pm weekdays and airing again on AM 920 The Answer from 9-11pm. His real estate show with his wife, Mackenzie Crabtree can be heard on Saturday at 9am on AM920 The Answer and Noon on Sunday on Biz 1190. Additionally, his Crabtree Chronicle (focusing on local Atlanta issues) is heard throughout the day on AM 920 The Answer.

Crabtree tweeted today that a source “deep inside the Cruz campaign” says Ted Cruz, may have had affairs.

I agree Cruz is an absolute piece of trash. I use to be a strong supporter of Cruz. However, the more I read of him the more I was disappointed.

Word on the street is bad news on Cruz and his affairs wifi be coming out Monday. If they have photos and video of Cruz with other women, then stick a fork in Cruz. It’s game over.

This would explain Ted’s wife in 2005 at night on the grass by a highway at night. My guess is she was going to take her life? The police got her out of there. They said it was a domestic dispute. My guess is she found out Cruz was cheating on her and was thinking of taking her life. That’s a pretty dramatic move if you think about it.

It amazes me that people believe the “National Enquirer.”

And no, I don’t worship Ted Cruz. I believe he’s the best candidate running to restore Constitutionally limited government.

Who would put this story out being a completely false story, knowing that the lawsuits for libel would cvost millions, perhaps hundreds of millions? Is someone donating to Ted Cruz via lawsuit settlements? And what of the several women implicated, how much could they be ‘gifted’ by a lie so openluy played? .... Think man. The NE may be tabloid, but men like Edwards have not gronw rich via suing the tabloid. There is fire amongst this smoke. Time to re-evaluate the duplicitous Cruz. Too sneaky for my taste, too two=faced for the Presidency as a Republican. Just what the globalist oligarchy loves to hold strings over, and the additional empowerment of Heidi is yet more reason to reject this ‘twofer’.

Those who would trade liberty for security will have neither. Paraphrase of Ben Franklin.

Those who will sacrifice morals and principles for a political victory will lose in the end.

It is Jim Robinson’s site. He can chose to ban me if he wishes. But I will not vote to defeat the biggest power-hungry liar I have ever seen in American politics by supporting a foul-mouthed, intemperate, money hungry adulterer.
