Donald Trump insisted Friday he had nothing to do with the recent National Enquirer story in which Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is accused of cheating on his wife multiple times.
Still, Trump took the moment to point out the tabloid publication has been right in the past with similar stories.
“I have no idea whether or not the cover story about Ted Cruz in this week’s issue of the National Enquirer is true or not, but I had absolutely nothing to do with it, did not know about it, and have not, as yet, read it,” Trump said in a statement. “Ted Cruz’s problem with the National Enquirer is his and his alone, and while they were right about O.J. Simpson, John Edwards, and many others, I certainly hope they are not right about Lyin’ Ted Cruz.”
The National Enquirer’s parent company, AMI, also released a statement…

I don’t debate ‘straw men’. But one thing for you to consider....your man stated less than 5 years ago that republicans were being “mean spirited” because of their tough stand on illegal immigration.

I predict, however, that Cruz's next Biblical quote will be: Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God ---an attempt to blame everyone equally, because he's incapable of accepting sole blame for the things he is solely responsible for. That's been his strategy as well as that of the "conservative"/globalist media so far: "BOTH sides are at fault EQUALLY." When someone says that, you KNOW that person is the guilty one.

Like many times in the past, Cruz was slow to cut this off immediately and let it run. Then he did a bizarre press conference and blamed Trump instead of Rubio and it was so over the top it looked staged. All worth talking about, whether or not he was involved in the bang of 8.

And what does the lying serial adulterer from the Manhattan liberal den of vipers who refers to women as pieces of ass need to do to get right with the Lord? He has already said he has nothing to seek forgiveness for.
