Exactly where is the proof that the GQ Sales Office confirmed this. I see a tweet by some person I don’t know who claims that’s what the GQ Sales Dept. said. But i see nothing by that Sales Department confirming that. Am I misreading something?

Look, this information has been spreading around twitter the last couple of days. In names Ben Shales of GQ Sales as saying that it was Jeff Roe who ordered the Melania print from GQ.
I have spent the last two days trying to verify this information from somewhere other than twitter. A linkable quote, anything. I have yet to be able to do that. I decided to write GQ today to verify the information. I will hear back next week I suppose. If I do get a response I will post it.
Until that point, as much as I would like to believe the information, until it can be independently verified from somewhere other than numerous twitter posts I would like to hold off on this.
The information that Jeff Roe personally ordered the print used by the Liz Maier anti-Trump pac is explosive and calls the whole Cruz campaign into question. Because of that, until someone can find collabaration other than twitter or a nameless blog, we will have to wait.
