Conservative Review has reached a new low for conservative publications by advocating a BLACKLIST to destroy those with a different opinion -- those who support Trump.
Mark Levin is the editor-in-chief of Conservative Review. His response has simply been that he is not the columnist in question (Amanda Carpenter) so he is not responsible for the articles content.
This is not good enough Mark Levin!
As editor-in-chief you approved the publication of an enemies list to destroy those with a different opinion. Personal destruction is a tactic of the totalitarian left that shocks the conscience of those who value freedom of expression and thought.
Mark Levin and Conservative Review have crossed a red line here.
I call on you and your publication to disavow the blacklist you published.

Conservative Review is evil!
How do we apply to get on Mark’s blacklist?
I have listened to Levin for many years, daily. He is catching Glenn Beck disease, appointing himself some sort of priest. I am sure he could argue circles around me explaining what justifies his vicious hatred for D Trump but I am getting pretty damned tired of it. He ain’t my priest and he’s not gonna be. If that means I stop listening to him, which I have, then so be it. I don’t feel like I’m missing anything.
Sign me up for the blacklist.
Is there one by the way, for Republicans who back Hillary Clinton?
Inquiring minds would like to know.
If you discover how, please add my name!
Maybe we should list ourselves on this thread, then mail it to Mark.
Of course, you draw your lines for Trump. It is a list of politicians who support Trump. You can use it for yourselves also. It is a list of pretend conservatives. Since Trump’s supporters have abdicated their positions as conservatives I don’t get why you are upset. Conservative will be in the name of the new party that will form if Trump is the nominee.
You wanted Trump to kill off the gop and he has. You can all have it. I’m going with the new crowd.
“I call on you and your publication to disavow the blacklist you published.”
Nah. But we do want to get our own names added to the blacklist.
Gonna be a LOT of Vote Trump flags flying on poles on trucks in the near future, big flags!
Jeff Sessions and Sarah Palin are on the list.
They are not pretend conservatives.
To be upfront, I am a Ted Cruz supporter but I don’t drink “Hateaid” about Trump.
My sense of the situation based on sudden developments in some southern states where Trump won with Cruz in second is that the Trump-Cruz combination has the GOPe running as scared as the Democrats were running scared about Martin Luther King in 1963.
The big corporations shut down religious freedom legislation in GOP run Georgia last year after they pushed it back in GOP run Arkansas and Indiana. It was amended a bit but came back suddenly last week in GA and is on Governor Deal’s desk. No guarantee he will sign it but wow.
North Carolina’s GOP Governor Pat McCrory was opposing conscientious objector legislation for religious people in public office and clergy last year. Now McCrory is expressing his concern over a transgender ordinance in Charlotte and the legislature is going into special session later today to overturn the local ordinance giving free access to the bathrooms-locker rooms of one’s own preference.
“It is a list of pretend conservatives. “
Be sure to provide us with this checklist that makes you A Real Conservative. Inquiring minds wanna know.
I was too young to vote for Goldwater in 1964 but I was a big fan and had his bumpersticker plastered across my 3 ring binder in school.
I started subscribing to National Review in 1976. Stayed with it until Buckley turned it over the girlyboys.
Voted for Reagan in 1980 and 1984.
So that’s a brief look at my conservative credentials and yet I see the value of voting for Trump.
But maybe you’re wayyy more experienced in all of this conservatism than I am. So please share a bit of just what makes you special and smarter than Trump suckers like me.
I once thought so highly of Mark Levin.
I held him in high esteem as an intelligent man.
Now I just feel sad for him...how far he has fallen :-(
I sadly feel the same way about a few Freepers who have the Cruz madness.
It’s as though common sense has simply vanished.
Sometimes a flawed man like Churchill [or Trump] is the only hope when things have gone so wrong.
how do you black list someone from an ideology? I won’t invite you to my party
I found all those who love Bush find it difficult to support Trump.
I had an exchange with Levin here at FR a few years ago. I made a post that linked to an author who was critical of Mark on some particular issue. I didn’t take a position on it, I just thought it was germane to the thread.
So Mark “holdonow” pops up and tries attacking me for providing the link to the article. Not his smartest move because a-hole behavior doesn’t shut me up. Anyway it told me that he is thin-skinned and when he can’t think of an easy answer he quickly resorts to insult. That may work when you control the microphone but it’s not so good around here where people can fire back at will.
Not a surprise because Trump has fired some broadsides at neocon politics. And the Bush 43 administration was filled with that garbage.
I once supported Bush wholeheartedly.
I guess I'm not as smart as I thought I was... IQ it seems does not mean wisdom. :-(
I am ashamed of positions I once held so dear.
I am humbled and chastened.
I pray that my faith in Trump as a last chance champion is not ill-conceived.
God help me....I'm just so tired of all this.
LOL!
