I do not understand how you can maintain voter integrity
with “on-line” voting or with “mail-in” voting.
How can you be sure “who” actually sent in the ballot?
It makes no sense whatsoever to me.

For me, it usually means after 4/5pm... but actually:

Let’s hope the percentages change when mote votes are counted. We knew Trump wasn’t going to win Utah. He down by about 900 votes... Maybe we will be surprised ....

Utah has been allocated 40 Republican delegates.
Delegates are allocated via a “winner-take-most” system.
If a candidate gets over 50 percent of the total vote, then
he wins all 40 delegates.
If no one wins over 50 percent of the total vote, then
delegates will be awarded proportionally to any
candidates who receive at least 15 percent of the vote.
