Utah has been allocated 40 Republican delegates.
Delegates are allocated via a “winner-take-most” system.
If a candidate gets over 50 percent of the total vote, then
he wins all 40 delegates.
If no one wins over 50 percent of the total vote, then
delegates will be awarded proportionally to any
candidates who receive at least 15 percent of the vote.
Cruz people have told Fox they are very confident they have over 50% of the votes.
