Cruz in Utah: Glenn Beck says hes fulfillment of Mormon prophecy, Gayle Ruzicka predicts hell be better than Reagan.
Republican Presidential candidate Ted Cruz told Utahns on Saturday that the biggest danger America faces is career politicians who no longer listen and he relishes battling them for the people.

Beck, a Mormon and conservative radio talk show host, said he always vows to be the worst enemy of politicians who do not keep promises. "I don't have any friends in Washington except these two," he said about Cruz and Lee. He added they are the first politicians he has even endorsed.
Beck said that he, like many Mormons, believe in a prophecy that the Constitution will hang by a thread in the last days. He said he believes that now is that time, and people like Lee and Cruz will save it.

While not scheduled to appear, former presidential candidate Mitt Romney who had been campaigning for any GOP presidential candidate except Donald Trump gave a big boost to Cruz the day before his visit.
He asked voters in a Facebook post to support Cruz, and said he would vote for him personally during the Utah GOP caucuses on Tuesday.
"The only path that remains to nominate a Republican rather than Mr. Trump is to have an open convention. At this stage, the only way we can reach an open convention is for Sen. Cruz to be successful in as many of the remaining nominating elections as possible," Romney wrote.
"Today, there is a contest between Trumpism and Republicanism. Through the calculated statements of its leader, Trumpism has become associated with racism, misogyny, bigotry, xenophobia, vulgarity and, most recently, threats and violence. I am repulsed by each and every one of these," wrote Romney,

I think Glenn has started hitting the sauce again.
Actually he will go away if he keeps talking. More and more will leave him like dirt.
Wow. Love Daddy not.
Pretty blatant title change. Have a day off.
“Beck, a Mormon...” Really? I did not know that. I hope FR regulars are not laughing at me, but I can’t believe Beck is a Mormon. No way. Oh well.
The punishment for becoming a Mormon is to remain a Mormon. ‘Nuff said.
Has Glen been sniffing glue? and why is Ted cruz still associated with this guy?
I thought Ted was supposed to be an evangelical Christian is he now a Mormon instead? Or is he whatever he thinks will get him the most votes this week?
Yes, Beck turned on Palin viciously when he felt that she had slighted him at a TEA Party rally in DC in 2012(?). Denounced her as a clown (ironic isn’t it), and said he didn’t know why he ever supported her. Ever since he has taken numerous potshots at her.
Mike Lee couldn’t get enough votes in the senate.
Anyone who believes in Mormonism or their “prophesy” just renounced Chrstianity.
Reminds me of what Obama said, “judge me by the people who surround me”.
What is dominionism?
Dominionism, in the context of politics and religion, is the tendency among some politically activeconservative Christians to seek influence or control over secular civil government through political action, especially in the United States. It is also known as subjectionism.[1] The goal is either a nation governed by Christians, or a nation governed by a conservative Christian understanding of biblical law. The use and application of this terminology is a matter of controversy.”
Dominionism is the belief that Christ cannot return until all the believers in Christ rise and take dominion over the world. They hope to achieve this by taking over the seven most influential areas of society. These seven areas are: religion, family, business, arts/entertainment media, education, and government. This is often referred to as the Seven Mountain Mandate.

What is Mormonism?
Unlike most other Christian groups, Mormonism espouses a distinctly nontrinitarian theology in regards to the nature of God. The LDS Church teaches that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are three separate and distinct beings, the Father and Son having perfected physical bodies and the Holy Ghost having only a body of spirit. While the three beings are physically distinct, in Mormon theology they are one in thoughts, actions, and purpose and commonly referred to collectively as “the “Godhead”.Also, Mormonism teaches that God the Father is the literal father of the spirits of all men and women, which existed prior to their mortal existence. The LDS Church also believes that a Heavenly Mother exists. Further, it is believed that all humans as children of God can become exalted, inheriting all that God has, as joint-heirs with Christ, and becoming like him as a God.
Glenn Beck Promotes Seven Mountains Dominionism

GlennBeckIn a rather odd turn of events, Glenn Beck is now promoting Seven Mountains theology, a dominionist Christian theology that says Christians must take control of what they consider the seven key institutions of human societies. He invited David Barton on his show, as he so often does, along with George Barna, a Christian right pollster, to discuss the matter.
GLENN: I want to give you the seven mountains of culture. Business, government, media, arts, and entertainment, education, family, and religion. Those are seven mountains of culture. And if you want to destroy or build a culture, you have to have those seven mountains. We have lost the mountain of business. They dont even teach ethics anymore. Were not teaching moral sentiments anymore. Were just teaching raw capitalism. The best business schools in the country, when the professor stands up and says, Okay, so heres your case study, was that good or bad, was that right or wrong? The hands go up and say, did it make money? And so weve lost business.
Weve lost government. The media, I dont know if weve ever had. Arts and entertainment, weve never had. Education is gone to us. The last two mountains of culture and if we lose these two, were done. The family. It is absolutely under attack. And the last one is religion. And religion, I think at this point, is neutral. It could go either way. The same thing with the family. But it is certainly not a positive impact. And I will get into that here, just a bit with this amazing pollster and researcher on the culture, George Barna. And hes with the Barna Group. And hes a Christian polling firm that goes out and looks for what is affecting the culture. What is actually happening? David Barton is joining us, because this actually started with a conversation we had, how long ago, David Barton?
DAVID: Oh, its probably been about almost two months ago, Glenn.
GLENN: Okay. So we started having a conversation why dont you tell the story how we got here.
DAVID: Yeah, we were having a conversation, and you said, We need to get people to get their pastors to preach about stuff. What do we ask them to preach about? And I looked at you and said, I dont have a clue, but I think I know someone who does. So I called George that night and said, George, heres the deal. Glenn would like to have people ask their pastors to preach about certain things. What do people want to hear? What do they want to
GLENN: Looking for leaders.
DAVID: Looking for leaders.
GLENN: In our pulpits.
Now heres what makes this weird: The self-declared prophets of Seven Mountains theology believe that Mormonism is a heretical cult, and if they took over and created a theocracy of the kind they want, Mormons would likely be persecuted.
Is Glenn Beck Mormon?
Glenn Beck is also a convert to the Mormon faith, joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1999 along with his wife and children. If you do one thing on this site, be sure to watch the video where he talks about his conversion story in more detail!
Ted Cruz’s father is a Dominion, and Glenn Beck is a Mormon, and this is, IMHO, shows how the two unite....dangerous combination!!!
Even though the OP apparently messed with the headline, the news article confirms that Beck and many Mormons believe that Cruz is the fulfillment of a Mormon prophecy. Cruz is participating in this Mormon charade for political gain. I've asked before, is Cruz Pentecostal or Baptist ? Is one more amenable to Mormonism than the other ?
I like Cruz. I wish Beck didn’t.
Cruz isn’t Baptist. I don’t think he’s Pentecostal, either. I have to admit, I don’t understand his particular denomination. He’s not Mormon either, though. Beck’s not a particularly good Mormon himself, he’s had his ins and outs, alcohol abuse, etcetera.
ROFL!!! :^D
