Here is "the" math "if": 1. Trump takes 53%,60% or 65% of remaining delegates from 21 states from 3/22 - 6/7; broken down by 11 Winner Take all States, with 597 delegates at stake. And: 2. 10 Proportionately Awarded states with 312 delegates.
Trump: 597 Winner Take All 312 Proportional Award
@53 @53% ---- ---- 316 Total Delegates 165 Total Delegates
316 Winner Take All 165 Proportional Award ---- 481 Total Delegates +673 Delegates Won Tru 3/15 OR: ---- 1,154 At 53% Remaining Delegates Total Delegates 597 +312 --- 909 Del. Left Winner Take All and Propor. @ 60% ---- 545 Total All Delegates +673 Won tru 3/15 ---- 1,218 Total Delegates at 60% OR: 909 Del. Left WTA/PA @65% ---- 590 Delegates left +673 Delegates won ---- 1,264 Total delegates @ 65%
I make no further judgments or prognostications except to say;an alliance of political enemies before the GOP convention would be really good insurance, no matter who you support. Even the best scenario will be close.
I have no agenda and will vote for either Trump or Cruz, and, like you, I have a preference; but this time everything is on the line. Please, for God's sake vote for one of them in the general election.
Vote For Romeny!
I would love that web URL on his room mate if it is handy. I believe your quote but i would like to pass on the web site by email.
Linda Gramnesty just endorsed CRUZ!!! This is so great for Trump!!!
I think if faced with either staying on as Senator or being VP, Cruz would take VP. He’s young and only one nutcase step away from the Presidency. Also, the Donald may be bored by living in a second class joint after 25 years in Mar Lago and only want one term.
They refer to the Seven Mountains of society: family, religion, arts and entertainment, media, government, education, and business. These are the nerve centers of society that God (or his people) must control.
That does not preclude tolerance for other beliefs, nor will it necessarily eliminate the hypocrites out there, but it would put a damper on the cultural race to the bottom that has been going on by at least providing a standard of behaviour.
OMG, he talked about someone besides Cruz and his new web show?
He probably wouldn’t stay in the WH. He’d probably stay in the Presidential Suite of the Trump Washington.
Yeah, but there were no primaries then. They were ALL “smoke filled rooms.”
That's what I thought at the time. I can't recall who he was running against, but the man was very popular with the people. I'm pretty sure that Lincoln was not really a stand-up kind of guy.
Mark Levin was using this story to calm fears about a brokered convention, but it only made me more wary of one. Wish I could recall the details, but Lincoln did not win fair and square AT ALL. There were payoffs and subterfuge, counterfeits, stolen delegates, broken promises - all with Lincoln's approval.
No one has ever characterized Trump as a personally unlikable individual. On the other hand, of the people who know Cruz personally, the percentage who utterly loathe him is in the high 90-something percent range. I know we’re not picking a president to have a beer with, to paraphrase Cruz himself, but we are picking a candidate to run for president. After two cycles of losing ostensibly because we picked candidates who were not conservative enough, it’s an absolute mistake to pick one who is conservative enough but is a smarmy, oleaginous, insincere, and generally loathsome person. Reagan and GW Bush didn’t win in spite of their personalities, they won in large part because of them.
Oddly, I caught that and I never listen to Levin. He told it in a way to glorify the contested convention.
It reminded me of the story of the first battle of the civil war, where families and people gathered with picnics to watch the battle like a sporting event. They soon realized it was far less glamorous and far more frightening than they ever imagined. But it was too late. The war had already begun.
“I am for Trump but will certainly pull the trigger for Cruz during the general. Those two and no others.”

This.
I only heard him talk about it for about 5 minutes, but I could hear where it was going...so as I predicted..he ended up saying it was a great thing because we ended Lincoln?
watched a video and Cruz’s father never said Ted was THE king. Any believer of the church would be blessed by God in his work AS a king. The promises of the Old Testament and the New are given by God but all, ALL, have requirements. If you do this, God will do that.
God does say, “8 Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, How have we robbed You? In tithes and offerings. 9 You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the whole nation of you! 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.”
Malachi 3
Did not God bless the Christian founders of this nation and the Greatest Generation that fought the enemies of Israel? When a nation practices child sacrifice the Biblical consequence is invasion and conquest. So be prepared because God still rules the nations. Why else would we have the current administration?
Does not DT want to grab the oil? Is that not the wealth of a king? The dominionists are not teaching conquering the pagans. They are going to make a profit.
As for the end time transfer of wealth, I have read the Word of God and the transfer of wealth is to the King of kings and Lord of lords. “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and wisdom and riches and might and honor and glory and blessing.” Happy Resurrection Day!
Don’t project your behavior on everyone else.

Trumpette set the bar at what laws has cruz authored that have passed..
I personally think we have more laws than we need and the next 8 to 10 years should be spent repealling laws, cleaning up all codes and eleminating unconstitutional departments. Something i highly doubt trump would do.

Captian Obvious as spoken.
I appreciate your thoughts and can agree with the premise but I am concerned that they anoint “Messiahs” and “Kings”. That seems to greatly preempt my belief that Jesus is the Messiah and King. Also, I see no doctrinal basis for a cult that wants to take “CONTROL” to pave the way for Christs second coming. do you? and finally, I am concerned that they purport to desire to transfer all wealth to themselves from any non believer and disperse as they ( they, the “KING”) see fit to poor believers. That sounds authoritarian at best.
“If Cruz is successful in denying Trump the nomination, no way will Cruz get it. The GOP-e wins. “
I happen to agree. The system was rigged for the last few decades to prevent someone like Cruz from getting the nomination. No one - NO ONE - counted on the likes of Trump getting into the fray.
If Trump doesn’t get it, it’ll be Yeb!, Foam Boy, Kasich or Mittens...and that person will get about 25% of the vote in November.
...Cruz is an ordained king in the Seven Mountain Dominionist movement. Interesting, WENDLE. That would explain his comment in that high school video when somebody ask him what his future life plans were and he said, "... world domination, something like that." The more desperate the Cruz campaign gets, the more he tries risky stuff like his Chicago comments. So we can expect more gaffs are coming. If he's truly serious about being anti-establishment, he should join the Trump Train now. If he doesn't get on the Train soon, it means he's a GOPe mask for Jeb! and company. |
Hate to spoil the party, but I have zero intention of voting for cruz. Even if I thought cruz was an acceptable candidate, and I don’t, there is no path to the white house for him if he’s the nominee. What states that mittens failed to get is cruz capable of turning? FL? OH? VA? I can’t think of one. Upshot is he has the electability of Barry Goldwater.
I see no point in standing in line to cast what would be a protest vote for someone who I don’t agree with and find repugnant.
