But it'd be best.
Just do it. Have a clear show down once and for all.
NO.
Nope. He speaks for me.
Kasich has nothing to look forward to after Ohio. He should pull out.
Mr. Trump should come out publicly and invite him to stand as his VP . They should bury the hatchets and unite to crush the GOPe and Clinton
Should negotiate like crazy for the VP spot.
NO
NO! Absolutely not.
Kasich is the one with NO path to the nomination, outside a contested convention. He should be the one to drop out.
The race is still much too close between Trump and Cruz.
He should. Mathematically he has a chance but that would almost require Trump to quit and/or completely collapse. Ain’t gonna happen. Cruz should quit and throw all his support and resources behind Trump as part of deal for making sure that REAL conservative solutions are implemented. Trump was going to do that anyways but having Cruz “demand” it will guarantee that the the GOP establishment is crushed.
Cruz should have never gotten in. Besides being ineligible, he is unqualified. His resume has absolutely nothing to prove he has what it takes to lead a large organization. A career beltway lawyer and politician are not resume enhancements for being president.
Ahh ... No! But perhaps Trump should drop out for the reasons you give?
IMHO Cruz should drop out for his utterly shameful defense of leftist BLM rioters in the hopes of scoring cheap political points.
No, I would prefer Trump vs the Constitutional conservative Cruz
no
No he should not drop out yet. But, after a few more states go the way of Trump, then I think it will be time for him to bury the hatchet and drop out....but only if Kasich is already out.
There is no way Cruz should drop out if Kasich is dumb enough to stay in the race.
I think Cruz has been trying to get to a two-man race against The Donald, thinking he can win that, and results suggest maybe he can.
Trump needs to win 55% of the remaining delegates to win outright, Cruz beats him in head to head and closed primaries. Trump is a craven showboat that refuses to debate real issues at any depth and has the highest negatives of any candidate in modern history. If Trump does not win a majority of delegates, Cruz can make a strong case that he ought to be the nominee. So absolutely no way should Cruz drop out.
Can he win ? Then you have your answer.
He has no path unless Trump brings him in and given Cruz’s vulnerabilities VP might not be the best spot.
Trump likes making deals...let’s see if he’s willing to make a win-win deal with Cruz. If he does, he’s got the nomination in the bag, the backing of the whole base, the GOPe totally out of the power loop, and he can really start going after Hillary! before she starts her campaign of personal destruction on him.
