I think you need to look at who they are targeting. The instagram clearly targets the simple voter. Straight forward, not a lot to it.

You get in the more cerebral stuff with the voter who likes more information, and frankly more intelligent about issues.

Have you noticed the imagery of Hillary has been changing. It started just before Super Tuesday. The media pictures all have her dressed in campaign form, mouth always agape a bit (it’s a women thing) and with her expressing some recognition of somebody in the distant horizon.
