Trump gets 53% in new national primary poll. His favorable/unfavorable are better than Cruz.
This is the first time Trump has garnered the support of a majority of Republican primary voters nationwide. YouGov's February 24-27 survey marked his previous high, at 44% support.

Two weeks ago, the national Economist/YouGov Poll showed Rubio and Texas Senator Ted Cruz battling for second place behind Trump, in a field which still included retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson (who has since endorsed Trump). This week, Rubio is battling Ohio Governor John Kasich for last place, with half the support Republican voters give to Cruz. He is behind both Cruz and Kasich when Republican voters are asked for their second choice. And only 19% of Republican voters would be enthusiastic about a Rubio nomination (in contrast, half would be enthusiastic if Trump were the nominee).
Rubio is the least liked of all the remaining GOP candidates. His favorable rating among Republican primary voters has dropped nine points from what it was two weeks ago; his unfavorable rating has jumped eleven points in the same period. Every other remaining contender, including Kasich, receives better ratings.
WOOHOO!!! GO.TRUMP.GO!!! ALL THE WAY TO THE OVAL OFFICE!!!
Note 100 - 53 = 47
I think those violent protestors totally helped him. Nothing ticks off conservatives more than that.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that was his plan all along when he went to Chicago.
Note 100 - 53 = 47
Look at Trump’s favorable/unfavorable He is stronger than Cruz!
.
Go Trump!!
Trump's cellar is getting lower!
this is already in breaking news, about an hour ago...

They just polled me on this. Wish I had saved the questions but there was quite a bit about who was to blame for violence at Trump rallies. Almost seemed like a push poll except that it is so much in the news I figured it was fair to ask. And the answer choices were not skewed to favor one type of response or the other. And that is my general rambling on the YouGov poll.
ok...it is in again...
Perhaps this is the result of Trump deciding to appear more Presidential combined with the whole “violent disrupters are justified” attacks against him.
I keep tweeting this to folks but we need to get the word out to Illinois voters that they must vote for ALL 6 Trump delegates in Illinois.
Lyin Ted has a better ground game than us and will try and manipulate that aspect of this vote.
Voting for Trump isn’t enough if you don’t vote for those delegates (distributed 3 per congressional district), Lyin Ted could win the majority of delegates even if he is blown out by popular vote.
The one positive thing going for us is that the IL Dems (COMBINE) gerrymandered the districts in 2013, that gerrymandering should actually help Trump with the amount of blue collar democrats jumping over to vote Trump.

Since last night, and now just looking real quick during lunch, I see FOX non-stop attacking Trump and hailing Kasich. The way they treat with contempt the Republican front runner WILL bite them back later, in fact sooner than later. I hope there will be a new cable channel soon to replace FOX as a voice for the American Middle Class and not the GOPe.
I’m sorry but Cruz’s rally at Bob’s Big Donuts House, was Yuuuuge, there must have been nearin forty people!!
this gets interesting....follow the money

Trump should tell Fox to shove the newly scheduled debate next week ... If he runs the table tonight he should call on all of them to drop.
