Ditto for me — will be in church for the morning rally.
I’m a bit disappointed in our pastor who never mentions anything political. He’s one of the best preachers I’ve ever heard, but sometimes it would be nice to have a few words about what’s going on in our country. The congregation is a family; we’re all feeling pretty lost and helpless about the country. I’d love to hear a few words to comfort and assure us in that atmosphere.
The first Sunday we went to that church he wasn’t there. The preacher filling the pulpit was amazing! It was the Sunday after the vote on homosexual marriage and, boy, he did NOT hold back!
Anyhow, just blathering...

Trump’s kids are the cream of the crop. If anyone were to be torn between voting for Trump or anyone else, seeing how the Trump live their lives would be the tie breaker.

The Savannah Center is literally right around the corner from me. Less than a mile. Things will be interesting around here today.
My church is twelve miles away on the other side of the river. Talked with friends who live next door. They said even they were concerned about getting there. Since I would have to take the alternative route around the flooded river time wise I wouldn’t get there in time anyway
