Former Hillary Clinton IT specialist Bryan Pagliano, a key witness in the email probe who struck an immunity deal with the Justice Department, has told the FBI a range of details about how her personal email system was set up, according to an intelligence source close to the case who called him a “devastating witness.”
The source said Pagliano told the FBI who had access to the former secretary of state’s system – as well as when – and what devices were used, amounting to a roadmap for investigators.
"Bryan Pagliano is a devastating witness and, as the webmaster, knows exactly who had access to [Clinton's] computer and devices at specific times. His importance to this case cannot be over-emphasized," the intelligence source said.
The source, who is not authorized to speak on the record due to the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation, said Pagliano has provided information allowing investigators to knit together the emails with other evidence, including images of Clinton on the road as secretary of state.
The cross-referencing of evidence could help investigators pinpoint potential gaps in the email record. "Don't forget all those photos with her using various devices and it is easy to track the whereabouts of her phone," the source said. "It is still boils down to a paper case. Did you email at this time from your home or elsewhere using this device? And here is a picture of you and your aides holding the devices."

Seriously, Yes! The stakes here are way higher than for that POS Lois Lerner. The people investigating do not appear to be of a mind to let the $hit in the White Hut whitewash this criminal behavior. Will the half breed indict her, probably not, but the FBI Director will make sure that the country ends up with all the facts about Hillary’s cirminal activities, and that will sink her now flaling campaign.
Hillary LAUGHS and says this is PREPOSTUROUS. I wonder if she is getting ready to dump into her ATTENDS.
That’s something most people don’t recognize. The FBI has been putting pressure on DOJ and Hillary by refuting each her excuses though leaks. I look for those to continue.
An astute observation. This backs up the claims that the FBI would go to war if this wasn't prosecuted.
It could also mean that the DOJ is giving early signs that they do not intend to prosecute, thus the FBI counters with a leak.
The defense will be, no matter how egregious the lawbreaking was -
that she SHOULD be able to do that because she’s Hillary Clinton.
Exactly right. Thankfully most of us still know how to keep a secret and the reifications for disclosure.
The FBI’s final report and recommendation for indictment could be more damning to Hillary than an indictment itself, so I’m not too concerned if there’s no indictment. WE KNOW THAT’S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN ANYWAY.
When the FBI heard about her private email server about two years ago from Guccifer, that set a hook in one of the biggest fishes the FBI ever got on a line.
They’ve been slowly reeling her in ever since.
I am beginning to think that the FBI feels the same way as you. She may never be prosecuted (the Obama DOJ controls that decision), but this leak shows that the FBI will not let her be predident UNLESS she goes to trial first.
Obama is slowly being edged into a position between a rock and a hard place. When the investigation is wrapped up, he’ll be looking at evidence of corruption that will be historic. It will also be a stain on his legacy. It’s going to be what he’s remembered for long in the future.
Without Bill to protect her, she is nothing.
And I get the impression he does NOT want her to be President. From reported ‘off the record’ stories, to his half-hearted speeches for here (I KNOW he can do much better than this, if he wanted to), it is clear he does not want her.
And it is easy to understand why. She has been in his shadow forever.
Once she was president, she does not need him ever again. I have NO DOUBT that should would be willing to give him the Ft. Marcy Park treatment.
At least Lynch is willing to follow the FBI in criticism of the White House for opining on the case directly to the press. The leaks are going to continue, I’m just not sure how much impact they will have unless there are also agents willing to resign or go public for the cause.

Knowing the Clinton’s like we do, would anyone here if they worked for them want to “tell all” even with immunity?
L L made it clear this week she did not want the SCTUS job. It is critical to Obama that the players stay in place. Who wants to bet if HRC is Prez, Lynch gets the first appointment.

I don't think that there is a chance in hell that Hillary will be indicted. The most we can realistically hope for is that career FBI agents will be pissed enough to leak the results of their investigation.

Of course, she just wants the power and adulation. She will delegate all the work to her minions.
