Ted Cruz had a golden opportunity tonight to rise above politics-as-usual and deliver a statemanship-like comment about freedom of speech, etc.

Instead, in his whiny, grating, robotic voice he chose the low, opportunistic gutter from which to blame Trump instead of the real perps (including the media) of tonight's fiasco.

P.S....as an aside, would chicken-little Cruz ever chastise CNN and Greta for playing the TV loop of the minor violence over and over and over for an hour and a half?

He wouldn't even think of such a bold thing....Trump did.

In fact, it probably delighted him no end that CNN and Greta would play loop-the-loop pf the punching because it gave multiple opportunities for the CNN bobble-heads to blame Trump every couple of minutes without end, hour after hour.
