By refreshing the poll results, I am still seeing more votes being added to Cruz, then refresh it again and they are gone :O

He probably is getting more decent votes.

Or perhaps he’s getting more from the same IP Addresses.

I can’t tell you.

They may still be finding earlier votes from those addresses.

There are a couple of scenarios that could account for it.
