He probably is getting more decent votes.
Or perhaps he’s getting more from the same IP Addresses.
I can’t tell you.
They may still be finding earlier votes from those addresses.
There are a couple of scenarios that could account for it.
It’s weird.
I am just viewing results then going back to poll then reviewing results, and every time I click, Cruz gets 6-10 votes.
That’s about every one second.
This goes on for maybe 20 seconds, then I click view results again and those votes are gone.
