Ted Cruz says he would have no problem with a contested convention over the summer in the event neither he nor Donald Trump secures enough delegates before then to lock up the Republican presidential nomination.
Trump suggested Wednesday morning on "Fox and Friends" that Cruz was making the statement "because he had such a bad night last night."

Clinton, Sanders slammed for abortion support in town hall meeting

Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders drew heavy criticism for their recent defense of abortion, which critics say is out of touch with the American people.
‘Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders were finally asked about abortion last night, and we now know why it’s been avoided up until this point: Both oppose legislation that would protect unborn children from brutally painful late-term abortions after five months of pregnancy,’ said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List. The subject of abortion was raised in the March 7 ...’ [snip]
Cruz should be Okay with a contested convention. It is the ONLY way he can possibly be on the top of the ticket.
But, if there is a contested convention he will not be the one chosen. Silly Ted. The Establishment is never going to let that happen.

Right. The Cruz campaign is about to implode, and most of his most strident supporters will soon see that he’s not quite presidential enough yet. Big error. He can still salvage his reputation, but the Bush family has infiltrated. “Come to the Dark Side!”
Cruz needs prayers.
How Clintons are behind the Trump KKK/Nazi Smear Campaign
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3406497/posts
‘ ... The [NYT] article reported that Bill Clinton and others argued against those inclined to underestimate Trump ‘that Mr. Trump clearly had a keen sense of the electorate’s mood and that only a concerted campaign portraying him as dangerous and bigoted would win what both Clintons believe will be a close November election ...’
Anti-Defamation League
‘On February 25, the Anti-Defamation League issued a press release in which ADL National Chair Marvin D. Nathan and ADL CEO Jonathan A. Greenblatt called upon Trump ‘to distance himself from white nationalist and former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke, as well as other white supremacists, and publicly condemn their racism’.’
On March 7, Greenblatt’s ADL predecessor Abraham Foxman renewed the attack on Trump, telling Times of Israel reporter Eric Cortellessa that Trump was deliberately inviting his audience to make a ‘fascist gesture’ by raising their hands to pledge to vote for him.
[How the Anti Defamation League is now Clintonista and Soros]
Greenblatt, who recently replaced Abraham Foxman at the ADL’s helm, had previously been described in 2014 by Daniel Greenfield of the David Horowitz Freedom Center as ‘a Clinton official who bummed around NGOs during the Bush years and then became Obama’s director of the White House’s Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation’. Greenfield’s article exposed Greenblatt’s association with the Aspen Institute, funded by former Nazi collaborator George Soros, who had previously been condemned as a bigot by the ADL. In September 2015, Greenblatt had painted Ben Carson as a bigot, saying, ‘Dr. Ben Carson’s statement that a Muslim American should not serve as president is deeply offensive, un-American and contrary to the Constitution.’ In December 2015, after several months of the ADL sparring with Carson, Greenfeld had issued a press release condemning Trump’s call to seal the border against Muslims.

It will though, increase ratings and riots and floor fights and tv ads will be more expensive than the SuperBowl.

We have a delegate/convention system for a reason. Perhaps you don't know what the word "delegate" means and that is what is so confusing to you. Here is the definition of the word "delegate"...
a person sent or authorized to represent others, in particular an elected representative sent to a conference.
People who cast votes for Rubio weren't necessarily casting votes for Rubio to be President. They were casting votes for DELEGATES who thought Rubio should be President to go to the convention and pick a President. Those delegates will go to the convention in July and will pick someone else because their guy is out of the running and doesn't have a chance.
If Trump has 1237 delegates then he has nothing to worry about. He doesn't need any of Rubio or Kasich's to get the nomination. If he is only a couple delegates short, he should have an easy time picking off a few and crossing the finish line. If he is hundreds short and the vast majority of Rubio's and Kasich's go to Cruz, then too bad. The base has spoken. The delegates they selected don't want Trump to be President.
If there are Trump fans that are butt-hurt because they didn't fully understand how the delegate/nomination process works, that really can't be helped.
It sounds like what you are saying is "If you don't let me win, I am going to take my toys and go home"
I assume, based on your question and support of The Donald, you think the Donald should get it based on the 'majority of voters', right? So, I suppose you would have also wanted Al Gore to get the Presidency in 2000 since, using your logic, he got the most number of votes, no?
Oh Trumpettes, what a tangled web we weave...
