And your guy got his ass kicked in the South.
The dissatisfaction with the GOPe is so great that the attack ads are just more free publicity for Donald.
Who was it that said "any publicity is good publicity..."?
BTW Rubio was in my neck of the woods last night and this morning there are Rubio signs up.
LOL There are no Rubio signs until his campaign came here last night, and trust me they must not know the law, because you cannot put signs on county property along side roads so they will be removed .
The Trump H2H with Hillary is absolute bs. Cruz or any other candidates will say Hillary because they know the pr of the poll will help their candidate. When Trump gets through with Hillary it will be a landslide..the analytics already show it
[Rubio is going down here in Florida.]
Yeah, I’ve heard that about him but it won’t do him any good.
Trump’s big wins in Michigan, Mississippi, and Hawaii will undoubtedly have an impact on Ohio and Florida, but also on NC, MO, and IL which are also voting on March 15. I don’t see many states where Cruz can win once all those with large Evangelical populations are very few. Besides, Cruz has outed himself by taking on Neil Bush and Jeb’s finance team. The stink of warmed over Bush is all over him, and no Bush or Bush operative would support anyone who is tough on illegal immigration.
Berniei in MI was just a great win for Trump. Keeps Bernie in the race longer reducing the chance of Democrats Operation Chaos against Trump. Also, why should Rubio drop out when Bernie outperformed the polls by 21%?
Cruz now doing the establishment bidding, make sure you get your establishment card.
Yep. Couldn’t be clearly now. A vote for Cruz is a vote for Romney, Bush and the rest of the amnesty pimping establishment.
If the polls I read the other day are true, Trump's up double-digits here in Illinois. Cruz, Rubio and Kasich are battling it out for 2nd.
On a related note, my "Congressman" Dan Lipinski (D) was at the same Metra Train Station I was yesterday morning. This was my SECOND encounter with this milquetoast POC in the last two election cycles.
As he approached me and began introducing himself, I yelled out "TRUMP 2016!! ALL YOU CORRUPT BASTARDS NEED TO GO!" (I said it repeatedly...)
Some people on the train platform chimed in and started yelling "TRUMP 2016" along with me, others chuckled, some appeared to recoil in horror.
When Lipinski tried interrupting saying "I understand why some people are mad at Washington DC" the yells of "TRUMP 2016!" just got louder. Finally the train pulled up and he walked away.
Here's the thing: last time (2014) Lipinski showed up at my train station, I laid into him with an obscenity laden tirade that I won't repeat here. Granted, I really wanted to do that again yesterday however I'm even MORE angry and P.O'd at Washington DC and the idiots like Lipinski, Ryan, McConnell, etc.. that the only words I could find were "TRUMP 2016!"
At least he got the message. Me and a lot of other people on the train platform are pissed. I hope he gets thrown out of office this time around. Doubtful, since the majority of his district is hardcore Democrat and I'm in the one tiny sliver of Will County that's red.
I nearly fell off my chair when I saw Cruz state to Kelly that he has no problem with a contested convention and yet two weeks ago he said that a contested convention would be the worst thing.
So Cruz voters are you happy now he is staying in knowing he cannot get enough delegates and is doing the establishments bidding?
And Reagan was down 25-30% to Jimmah Carter in 1980 too. These head to head polls right now are useless.
Trump beating the shorties. So far that hasn’t been anything new.
Gov. Rick Scott is in quandry about whom to endorse, so he’s waiting for the Florida outcome.
Will he stick with the establishment or jump aboard the Trump Movement?
Hugh Hewitt falls on his sword again. What a moron!
If Trump wins FL and OH, this race is over.
**************
Your are correct in that he’ll be well on his way to winning
1,237 needed for nomination · 1,435 available
458 Trump
359 Cruz
151 Rubio
. 54 Kasich
He goes right to Donald's side as running mate. That will seal the victory in the election and lead to a landslide in the general of gargantuan proportions.
On a related note, my “Congressman” Dan Lipinski (D) was at the same Metra Train Station I was yesterday morning. This was my SECOND encounter with this milquetoast POC in the last two election cycles.
I bumped into a powerful GOPe Congressman at the Orlando airport last year before Trump launched his campaign. He was all alone waiting for his ride. Now I wish I could have cornered him and Trumped him like you did. Good job. LOL.
Looks like a Trump/Cruz ticket would be unstoppable and with Cruz on the ticket the base will come out and save the Senate and help gain more seats in the House.
If Trump self-funds that means pro-life, Tea-party and NRA groups would be able to use their funds to increase seats at all levels of government as they would be flush with cash.
That may turn out to be the biggest advantage of having Trump on the top of the ticket.
With regard to the head-to-head Dem/Rep analyses at this stage of the campaign (vote for “X” Republican means “Y” Democrat wins), that has been addressed and debunked:
Agree Cruz should go tot Trumps side now ,but after his statement last night saying he welcomes a contested convention then it made is sick.
Cruz has now not only took Bush on his team, but now is helping the establishment to have their contested convention.
Cruz it seems has made this personal about himself and not for the good for the country and will not go to the side of Trump
