A man was left bloody and wounded after he attempted to rob a woman with a knife.
The Kentucky woman was being stalked by John Ganobick, when he followed her into an elevator at a parking garage.
Police said Ganobick was captured on surveillance cameras following her.
But there is no surveillance camera rolling when he eventually attacks her in the parking lot.
Louisville Metro Police said the woman noticed Ganobick following her in the food court around 6.15pm and he followed her to the parking garage.
She told police when the elevator reached her floor, she started running to her car, but he chased her.
The woman got in her car and he pushed in behind her and put his hand over her mouth, according to ABC 7.

That is a true statement as well but at least we protected their rights.
Good. To finish the application of justice the perp should be turned over to ten men who will do what the legal system is too wimpy to do.

According to the article, her first two or three trigger-pulls didn’t fire. No wonder her aim was off.

The crime itself took place on January 26th.

After the scumbag was shot in the neck by his intended victim, he probably had his life saved by paramedics who put the tube in.
I wish we'd adopt the part of the French Justice System that requires the perp to serve the full sentence - no time off for good behavior - you behave yourself in jail and that day will count towards your sentence, if you don't, it doesn't count.
At least it would expose the flaws in our system with their ridiculous light sentences, "prosecution deals" or "time off" B/S. Watch Investigative Discoveries to see sentences/deals that would make your blood boil.
Too often, the perp will then anonymously call police and report "crazy woman threatening people with a gun", describing the woman, the gun, and her car.
Net result: woman gets pulled over, her gun taken, and that's one less armed woman on the street.
Your gun should be concealed until you need it to stop an attack. You should then empty the gun into the bad guy.
She needs a more reliable weapon and maintain it properly.
I would say she did damn good under the extreme circumstances involved. I wonder what is up with that Beretta not firing tho. Time for a new gun.
It obviously did not prevent the perp from walking away. He probably had enough strength left to disarm and kill the woman. If she had a larger caliber pistol, the perp would have been DRT.

Stupid move when being followed to head for a largely deserted place!
I’m not sure how many women agree with this; but, I think most women in these situations (which happen very often) try to not show fear. Showing fear seems to be what the bad guy wants and it starts a chain reaction.
