Guccifer, the infamous Romanian hacker who accessed emails of celebrities and top US officials, will be extradited to the United States, after losing a case in his home country’s top court.
Reuters reports that Lehel will come to the US under an 18-month extradition order, following a request made by the US authorities. Details of the extradition have not been made public, however.
Marcel Lehel, a 42-year-old hacker better known by his pseudonym “Guccifer,” achieved notoriety when he released an email with images of paintings by former President George W. Bush, including a self-portrait in a bathtub. He also hacked and published emails from celebrities Leonardo DiCaprio, Steve Martin and Mariel Hemingway.
Also released were emails between former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Corina Cretu, a Romanian member of European Parliament, prompting Powell to deny that the two had had an affair.
Perhaps most notably, Lehel was also the first source to uncover Hillary Clinton’s improper use of a private email account while she was Secretary of State, which the FBI is investigating as a potential danger to national security.

Guccifer better hope he’s under house arrest under lock and key because he’ll never live to testify otherwise. That and the Marshals guarding him aren’t friends of the Clintons.

There’s something strange going on. Other articles where the man was interviewed said he wanted to come to the states. Another said the Romanian court OK’ed the extradition only with the provision that Guccifer was only allowed to stay for 18 months and then was to be returned to Romania.
This and the immunity deal for Pagliano have me wondering if Guccifer is an opportunity to cross check Pagliano.

Our government has no moral authority. They refused to prosecute Hildebeast for putting the classified emails out there on an unsecured server where everyone could get at them but they go after the one guy who told everyone that the traitor was up to.
Hillary’s time is coming. No one has refused to prosecute her yet. The investigation is still being wrapped up. Look for things to blow up in her face in the May, June time frame.

The man wasn’t going anywhere. He was imprisoned in Romania. He’s also been indicted here. Everything coming together to nail Hillary. The judge overseeing the Judicial Watch lawsuit ruled that Judicial Watch can subpoena Hillary’s aides and Hillary herself if that is where it led. He ordered that the procedures must be in place by the end of April. That means the FBI will have everything Pagliano knows and everything Guccifer has in short order to start with their own subpoenas if required.
Keep in mind that the FBI wasn’t waiting for the State Dept. to get off their butt and release the emails. They got all of that when they got the server.
The other aspect of the investigation about the corruption has yet to hit the mainstream media. One ex-attorney general thinks all of the mess will be out before the convention in July.
The Clintons screwed the pooch this time.

This guy didn’t hack the Federal government’s computer. He hacked Hillary’s computer. What’s the guy being extradited?
IIRC, he hacked into Blumenthal's computer and found emails to and from one or more of Clinton's unauthorized private acct(s). Once he let that cat out of the bag, State had to go after any emails on said acct(s) because of FOIA cases that were pending. From there, the cover-up, lies and BS just snowballed.
