IIRC, he hacked into Blumenthal's computer and found emails to and from one or more of Clinton's unauthorized private acct(s). Once he let that cat out of the bag, State had to go after any emails on said acct(s) because of FOIA cases that were pending. From there, the cover-up, lies and BS just snowballed.
So, I’m reading this correctly, and I may be wrong but, he’s in trouble because he saw classified emails? That’s not his fault at all but the person who changed the classification without the authority to do so. It’s the person who removed the classification of those top secret emails that needs to be prosecuted which would be, Hillary. He needs to be protected not prosecuted.
