Yeah, the delegate counts dont make sense. There are some states that have smaller voter rolls but still punch a pack in delegates. Like how does Oklahoma have 43 delegates and Massachusetts only has 42?
I never really payed attention before. I would think it would be related to census counts and congressional districts with maybe a super delegate per district. This system is pure rot.
We need to clean out the Uniparty with prejudice.

Doug Nichols @TheTXI 22m22 minutes ago Chuck Todd basically made the point that Ted Cruz is a better funded version of Santorum and Huckabee. Accurate as hell. But Cruz now has unlimited establishment money behind him. He already spent 4 years building his phony conservative outsider brand so he might be able to stay in the race and create havoc. He says he doesn't want a brokered convention but that's just another Cruz lie.

We freepers were insurgents outnumbered by protestors in a ratio of about 50 patriots to well over a thousand brigands...
IQ wise I'd say that's about a wash.
Yuuup. Orcs. Great retort. ;0)

That would be funny! :-)
But my maternal grandfather and maternal Great grandfather came from what is still Hungary.

When the national committee determines the number of delegates for each State,
they use a factor called “party loyalty”, which I have yet to be able to figure out.
