Correct. Rubio and Cruz have also used this linkage. The idea is to say Trump in the same sentence with the KKK and David Duke as many times as possible. Negative branding. These are Dem tactics similar to the tactics used in Mississippi to keep Cochran alive. It is despicable. What candidate for the Presidency in 2016 would ever want the support of hate groups?

I’m old enough to remember the Cuban Missile Crisis Kennedy was anything but soft spoken.

Unfortunately, Cruz has made a bad decision and has thrown his hat in with the establishment in his craven need to win the presidency. He has allowed himself to become the donors’ candidate and with his wife’s relationship with the biggest donor on Wall Street there is no question he will be twisted to do what they say on issues like immigration and building the wall.
Precisely. CRuz is the donor candidate, indeed. And, not just PAC donors, anymore....as he's now added Team ¡Jeb!'s (Romney/DC cabal) finance guys to his campaign staff :(

I just wish Rush would stop feigning objectivity about who he wants to win the GOP primary, and just come out and say it; he wants Cruz! I found it very telling when Rush didn’t find it worthwhile to mention last week about Trump’s two major endorsements in the Benghazi military heroes, and Jeff Sessions. He literally just ignored it! Do we really believe El Rushbo would’ve stayed silent if Ted had received these same endorsements? He*l no! He would’ve been breathlessly telling us of the great significance of these endorsements. Let’s not even talk about Rush calling Gang of Eight Rubio a “Full-Throated Conservative!”
I think it’s safe to say, Rush has lost many long time listeners. I haven’t completely given up on him, but I’m very disappointed in him the past month or two.
