Rejecting God’s wisdom on what He defines as evil is either sheer stupidity or embracing satan (aka “allah”)...and total arrogance and hubris.

“The Homosexual lifestyle choice is pure evil” - God

btw, putting children into a homosexual environment is total child abuse and planting seeds of pedaphilia.

Choose wisely...the consequence is eternal.

Buh-Bye.

Looking at how Kansas went, I see why he went there and not CPAC. Had to try and do something in KS.

Rush had a good point about Cruz’s potential to attract 5 million conservative voters that sat out 2012. My thinking is that Trump is now and will attract millions of voters that earn less than $50k per year. We haven’t had a candidate in years that won the under $50k vote. I do think that either Trump or Cruz can beat Hillary. She will max out at about 45%.

In my opinion, the problem with marriage is that we, as a nation, took it out of the churches and synagogues and gave it to the government. The government then gave us tax advantages, estate advantages and other government perks to people who are married.

This was done, at least initially, to promote families and the raising of children for a better society. Then the freaks and wierdos learned they could use government to get things for themselves, too.

Getting the tax cuts and subsidies also gave government the ability to define marriage—away from what it was when it was done by the churches.

That others, even deviants like homosexuals, would want those tax and estate advantages from government is not hard to figure.

The number one problem we have is government! It requires enormous amounts of money to run, and it is allowed to shake us all down to contribute money, and then we have a political process that allows politicians to pick and choose who pays, how much, and what for...

How can this be anything but fraught with corruption or becomes corrupt over time???

The best thing we can do is reduce the size of government and therefore its appetite for our financial support by coercion.

As Reagan used to say, government is the problem, NOT the solution.

I live in Minnesota. We use paper ballots, hand counted, at the caucuses.

His record on business deals is less than stellar.

What constitutes "stellar"? The guy is worth $10 billion. Every entrepreneur has successes and failures. Some of the greatest and most wealthy have known defeat and failure and were able to recover.

The fact is that Trump has been successful in the private sector, domestically and privately, placing his money where his mouth is. He is not a first term senator (Cruz and Rubio) who have spent the vast majority of their lives feeding at the public trough. They are not the risk takers who have made this country what it is. He has created tens of thousands of jobs. The tax revenue gleaned from his efforts help pay for the government.

Romney takes a swipe at Cruz that he “cannot be controlled

MAJOR screw up by Romney. Just validated everything the voters are saying about the GOPe. It is not about winning, it about staying in control. No boys and girls, Voters want you to win for us, not just enjoy the perks and privileges of power and wealth.

Romney says he would write in someone before voting for Trump...Despicable!

I have been a registered Republican for over 30 years and I am totally disgusted with Romney, Charlie Baker, and many other party insiders. I held my nose and voted for these arrogant stiffs. Trump was right to point out that we lose the court forever if Willard gets his brokered candidate. Willard admitted he would accept if drafted on FNS. Trump won MA by a landslide and Governor Baker has the arrogance to say he can't vote for Trump. Total insult to the voters!

Yes and no. It’d be Biden, not the young hispanics. Black racism charges aren’t the same as hispanic racism charges. 2 of our 3 top candidates are hispanic.

Biden would be a hope and a prayer much like a Bob Dole nomination. It’s your turn, Joe....we don’t expect you to win, but you deserve to be called 2016 Democratic presidential nominee. Maybe we’ll get lucky and be able to smear Trump or Cruz sufficiently.

Part 1 of your nightmare is likely, imho.

For the record on this thread: In all the years I have been reading and liking your stuff, this is the best ever. Besides agreeing with you on substance, the writing is superb. Great analogies and insights. Thanks, bray.

Cruz and Trump are a perfect tsunami for our team. Cruz fires up the base, Trump can attract the cross over and indy voter who normally go Democrat. If one or the other wins, without elminating that bridge to the other side, Nov should be the best GOP year in decades It potentially could be better even then 1980 since we did not get the US House in 1980.
