Trump U. Suit: Donald Cant Identify His Hand-Picked Faculty by Michael Isikoff
Donald Trump acknowledged in two recent sworn depositions that he did not hand-pick any of the instructors at Trump University one of whom was a convicted felon, according to new court filings in the case.
On the campaign trail in recent days, Trump has been vigorously defending the operations of Trump University, describing the lawsuits against the now defunct school as a minor civil case that he will win and that were brought by a sleazebag law firm.
But the new court filings in two of the cases in San Diego show the toll they have been taking on his time in recent months, as he was forced to sit for hours of closed-door grilling by plaintiffs lawyers on Dec. 10, 2015, and Jan. 21, 2016, even while running for president.
In the December deposition, lawyers for the plaintiffs former students of the school who claim they were defrauded repeatedly confronted Trump with the names of the instructors at the school and asked him what he knew about them. The issue is key in the case because the schools promotional literature claimed that Trump had personally chosen them and that they were the best of the best.

Can you identify a single person who was a live events instructor for Trump University? plaintiffs lawyer Jason Forge asked Trump at the Dec. 10 deposition.
Youd have to give me a list, Trump replied.
Forge then clicked off 49 names, asking Trump if he could identify if they had been students at the school or instructors. Trump testified.....

“one of whom was a convicted felon”!!!!!!!!
* yawn *
Trump have two type of businesses
One where he controls fully
And another type where he sell his brand to others to use
Well that narrows it down
Apparently, Yahoo’s correspondent, and them by association, does not believe in repentance.
From the bottom half of the article that few people read:
Jill Martin, a lawyer for Trump, said in a statement about the new court filings: Mr. Trumps deposition was simply Plaintiffs chance to elicit information in hopes of making a case. It does not contain Mr. Trumps side of the case, which will be presented in court proceedings and which will demonstrate that plaintiffs lawsuit has no substance. 98% of the students, including the named plaintiffs themselves, rated Trump Universitys programs as excellent and stated during their depositions that the programs taught them valuable information.
So that’s your best defense? Doesn’t this explain what Trump said about his supporters on why he “loves the least educated,” and that even if he firs off a hail of bullets to them in the middle of Fifth Avenue, they’ll take the hit for their “Messiah”
Wow. Yahoo news now has Isikoff as their hitman, er investigative reporter. When he covered intelligence matters and terrorism, his co-writer was Mark Hosenball, a cohort of Phillip Agee, one of Cuban DGI/KGB’s admitted operatives.
Both Agee and Hosenball were thrown out of England in the 1980’s as ‘security risks’. Agee, a former CIA agent in Latin American turned admitted Marxist/Cuban operative, also lived in East Germany for years and the Stasi wouldn’t let an unreliable American former CIA agent in unless they could totally trust him.
See, I’m doing to Isikoff what Isikoff is doing to Trump - LINKAGE. However, having a Trump University hiring a felon (guess he did more than one year in jail) in the 80’s is not the same as being a coworker with Agee’s coworker of many years.
“Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we try to deceive”.
Two can play this game, you know.
Look up Hosenball and Agee at www.keywiki.org and esp. www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org. Even www.wikipedia should have some interesting information on both Agee and Hosenball acting as red propagandists.
Dear FRiend,
Somehow you’ve swam into shallow waters and you can’t seem to get out!
Save yourself!
trump claims he’ll surround himself with the best if elected but his history proves that he doesnt pick the best.
trust trump, not.
These lawsuits are becoming the new fad. In CA, there are two against accredited law schools for fraud in misleading potential students about employment prospects, among other things.
Trump’s is political. I’m no Trump supporter, but I think this suit is a cheap shot. Some people will make money from these seminars, most will not. But that reflects life.
So what? How many people has Cruz or Rubio hired?
Trump and the Trumpkins are impervious to the facts even if they are hit on the face with them!
