Cruz is going into lawyer mode. In a courtroom lawyers lie all the time intentionally and it is up to the opponent to prove him wrong. That is the snake in Cruz.
Megyn Smelly was the same tonight. She went into trial lawyer mode and went on the attack. She was not a journalist.
The problem with Cruz is that he is a senator and a lawyer. Senators make horrible candidates and presidents. Look at McCain,Obama,Graham,Kerry,Clinton etc. They are all colossal failures when it comes to campaigning for President.
Add to that that he is a lawyer and you have a disaster. Senators are lousy executives. Cruz should go and run for governor and run a state for a while.
Met a gentleman from Tennessee today and not knowing me from Adam said "only Trump could fix what wrong with America." This was in a professional business meeting. Trump voters are coming out because politician like Romney have made so dang mad!

If it was the other way around you know mr lawsuit would have had a conniption and let loose his lawyers.
But did you notice that Trump left Kasich alone? When talking about lobbyists he said Cruz and Rubio were on the take, but “not the Governor.”
It wasn’t that he was left out of the charge. He was specifically excluded.
Kasich brings Ohio in the general. He’s liked well enough by most. He’s the way to unite the party. I think it’s the plan.

Yes, a wise move by Trump to not alienate Kasich.
Cruz voted for TPP and TPA which is gutting the country of millions more jobs.
He also voted for the Corker bill which allowed the passage of the Iran deal and the giving of $150 billion to the number one terrorist nation in the world.
Those are concrete achievements by Cruz that are destroying the middle class. No wonder the majority is red hot mad at politicians like Cruz.
